It feels like the executive hallucination is the belief that AI will get you all three.

Great analogy, and not just because I used to own a Prius.

The ROI is situational. If I have 3 passengers a Prius works. If I run a business and need to move 40 people the bus is the winner.

We are not yet at a level of maturity to be able to accurately analyze ROI for investment beyond simple tasks.
