What happens when a team of AI agents enters EVE Frontier, but one is secretly working against the others?

@AnthropicAI put cooperation, trust and betrayal to the test in the Frontier, with some fascinating results.

Jesus taught us to come to God as our Father.

To honor His name, seek His will, trust His provision, and ask for forgiveness.

The Lord’s Prayer reminds us how deeply we need Him in every part of life.

I WISH someone had explained this to me when I was younger Christian.

Every commandment in the Bible and everything it calls a *sin* is actually a *warning* from God not to hurt yourself.

In other words, as it has been said before… When God says DON’T, what He's really saying is: DON’T hurt yourself.

Let me give you several examples.

Sex before marriage - It is a scientific fact that sex creates a neurochemical bond with another person, not just physically but emotionally.

In other words, sex is not just the union of two bodies, but of two souls. So when God says DON’T, he’s saying: you don’t want to be bonded like that to somebody you barely know.

Lying - When you lie, you eventually destroy the trust other people have in you. And the problem with lying is that one lie often requires another to cover it up, until eventually, you've built an entire life around pretending to be someone you're not.

Envy - Envy is resenting God’s goodness in someone else’s life while ignoring God’s goodness in your life. Instead of living a life of gratitude and joy, you live one of bitterness and anger.

Pride - Pride makes a person care more about BEING right… than making a relationship RIGHT. And you become incapable of learning, apologizing, or growing.

Gossip - Gossip destroys relationships… and if someone is gossiping TO YOU about other people, chances are they're also gossiping ABOUT YOU to other people behind your back.

Unforgiveness - This one is tough because you’re already hurt with something. But when you refuse to forgive, unforgiveness makes YOU a prisoner of your past, and a slave to bitterness, resentment, and pain. God says “don’t.”

Greed - Greed makes you believe a lie that if you only had “more” then you’d be happy. Not true. You’ll be miserable.

Lust - We live a culture saturated with lust. It always destroys your ability to experience true intimacy with another person. This is why our culture is terrible at marriage, intimacy, and relationships.
Here’s the point.

Deuteronomy 10:12 (NIV) says “Observe the LORD's commands and decrees that I am giving you today … for your own good."

When God forbids something, it’s not because he hates you and he’s trying to rob something from you.

It’s because he loves you and he’s trying to protect you.

When He says DON’T, He's not trying to keep you from enjoying life.

He's teaching you how to truly live it.

Please join us at Microsoft Ignite, our biggest customer and partner event of the year, from November 17-20 in San Francisco.

Last year, we shared a vision for Frontier Transformation as a wholesale reinvention of business by leading with human ambition and focusing on outcomes t the two most important elements of any AI solution are intelligence and trust.

Since then, we have become more emboldened by these convictions, and have hardened a platform approach across Copilot, Microsoft IQ, and Agent 365. This year, we will unveil our latest innovations, with our customers and partners joining us on stage to share examples of how these platforms have composed to put AI to work in meaningful ways, enabling pragmatic paths to become Frontier.

We believe their stories will inspire you like they have inspired all of us at Microsoft and help you to imagine what is possible for your organization.

509 years ago today (according to the traditional story), Luther challenged a Pope. The resultant cause and effect didn’t start a new church, it reformed the one true catholic church. As Calvin says in his letter to Cardinal Sadoleto:

"[N]ot only that our agreement with than yours, but that all we have attempted has been to renew that ancient form of the Church… Indeed, in attacking, breaking down, and destroying your kingdom, we are armed not only with the energy of the Divine Word, but with the aid of the holy Fathers also."

Orthodox, but not Eastern, catholic, but not Roman.

There isn’t one model that’s best at everything anymore.

Choosing the right one for each task (without sacrificing quality or paying more than you need to) is a hard engineering problem.

That’s what we’re working on with Auto in Copilot.

Today, more than 90% of Copilot amically route work across models and optimize for quality, speed, and cost. In this video, I share how it works and chooses the right model for the job...

We're redefining the SDLC for the agentic era.

Lots of GitHub updates this morning at Universe:

• GitHub Copilot Fusion delivers frontier-level quality, 40% faster and at up to 77% lower cost

• Our unified Copilot harness is now in Foundry, a managed service for building t reason, use tools, and get work done

• Copilot Projects gives you an orchestration loop to build with multiple agents across repos

And we’re expanding capacity and strengthening GitHub’s architecture to make the home of agentic development more resilient.

Stop putting your Power BI images in SharePoint. 🛑

If you’re on Fabric, there’s a better way now: put the images in a lakehouse and point Power BI straight at OneLake. 🤯

Patrick walks us through:
→ Adding a static image from a OneLake URL
→ Making it dynamic with a hanges when you pick something in a slicer ✨
→ Why you should build the URL with workspace and item GUIDs, not names
→ The step he forgot the first time: giving viewers read access to the image folder with OneLake security

No public URLs, no anonymous access. Just read access to one folder! 👏

UPDATE: Specific mitigation guidance for the recently identified PHP critical vulnerabilities is now available. Secure your servers today. Guidance and technical steps here: nsa.gov/Press-Room/Pre…
Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.

We still want to find a way to bring the community together. If you planned to be in California for the Grace Hopper Celebration, I invite you to join us this year for GitHub Universe, Oct 28-29. 🌉

We've set aside 75 complimentary passes for folks with cancelled registrations. While this doesn't replace the conference and Universe has far fewer attendees than GHC, my hope is that it does give folks an opportunity to connect with each other. 📷 DM the GitHub team on LinkedIn or email me at kdaigle+ghc@github.com (first come first serve).

EGLL (London / Heathrow) 🛫 KIAH.

After two weeks, it’s time to head home. This last week in England has been special to me. Being able to sit, listen and see what folks are doing to help bring people to Christ has really been great.

The reality is they need more help, more people, more resources. Seeing what people are doing with the resources they do have is nothing short of God’s work.

I’ve met a lot of new people and pray that God shows them favor and continues to provide for them. And that there be an obvious move of God to further His kingdom.

I’m very tired but my heart is full from the experiences this last week and I’m very thankful I was able to be a small part of it. I’m very much looking forward to more trips like this!
