Collapse of the old and antiquated
You are alive at the only moment in human history where every constraint is breaking at the same time.
The cost of knowledge is collapsing. The cost of creation is collapsing. The cost of communication is collapsing. The cost of coordination is collapsing. The barrier between a mind and its potential is thinner right now than at any point in the history of the species, and it is getting thinner every morning.
Each one of those shifts alone would reshape civilization. They are all happening at once, and almost nobody is processing it as one event because the human mind was not built to track five revolutions running in parallel.
Some see the jobs disappearing and panic. Some see the tools arriving and celebrate. Some see the institutions crumbling and mourn. Some see the access opening and build. Each one is looking at a different face of the same object, each convinced they are looking at the whole thing.
The shape is this.
Intelligence was scarce. It is becoming abundant. And every structure humanity has ever built was designed for the scarce version.
Education was built to ration access to knowledge. The knowledge is now everywhere. The credential is still pretending it isn’t.
Media was built to filter reality through a narrow channel. The audience now reaches the event directly. The filter is still pretending it is needed.
Organizations were built to coordinate human minds at scale because one person could not hold a problem large enough to matter. A single mind with the right tools can now operate at the scale of a department. The org chart is still pretending the ratio hasn’t changed.
Geography determined access. If you were born in the wrong place, the signal never reached you. Connectivity from orbit does not ask where you live. The old maps are still pretending the edges exist.
Every gate was built because the alternative was chaos. They were not corruption. They were architecture. Load-bearing walls in a building designed for a world that no longer exists.
AI is not tearing them down out of malice. It is making them unnecessary.
And a wall that is no longer load-bearing is just something in the way.
The question everyone is arguing about is what we lose.
The question almost nobody is asking is what was always behind them, that we never got to see.
How many people carried the ability to solve problems that mattered and never had the tools to touch them? How many ideas died in the gap between a mind that could see the answer and a world that demanded credentials before it would listen?
How much of what we call human limitation was never about the human and always about the infrastructure standing between them and the opportunity?
We are about to find out.
The scarcity that shaped every institution you have ever interacted with is evaporating, and the institutions are the last to notice because they were built to manage the scarcity, not to question whether it still exists.
This is not a disruption. Disruption replaces one thing with another.
This is a phase change. The conditions that made the old structures necessary are ceasing to exist. What emerges on the other side will not resemble what came before, because it will not be solving the same problems.
You are not watching a technology trend.
You are standing inside the most compressed transformation in the history of civilization.
What you do in the next few years will not be measured by the standards of the world you grew up in.
It will be measured by the world that is arriving while most people are still arguing about the one that is leaving.

ADHD brains are designed for:
- Pattern recognition
- Creative problem-solving
- Hyperfocus on interesting work
- Connecting seemingly unrelated ideas
- Building something from nothing
Stop forcing yourself into neurotypical business models that ignore your superpowers.

Codebases are going to start looking like optimized topology 3d prints
When AI is better at math than humans it also becomes better at algorithm & codebase design
At that point the system and delivering quality software doesn’t require human understanding to exist in the actual codebe understood by humans at the high level of passing testing, verification, vibe checks and being understandable when queried via AI in the rare case one need to dive deeper.

Humans are officially done
Ai is better at math than all humans combined
This also means Ai is better at algorithm design, which means it can code things no human can
Tipping point achieved.
The only question left is how fast AI can recursively improve itself

agency is not free, it requires neuroplasticity.
invoking neuroplasticity is not free; it costs frustration and fear.
the negative feelings involved with doing something new is the product of your neurons changing themselves to a more optimal configuration

ADHD is closely linked to a delayed body clock.
Early evidence suggests correcting this delay can also improve ADHD symptoms.
Early evidence suggests correcting this delay can also improve ADHD symptoms.
Up to 78 percent of people with ADHD have a body clock that runs late, and moving that clock earlier has been linked to fewer ADHD symptoms. A 2025 paper by two Canadian doctors pulled the evidence together and laid out a treatment plan.
Melatonin, the hormone that tells your , starts rising about 45 minutes later at night in children with ADHD and about 90 minutes later in adults. Brandon Luu of Queen's University and Nicholas Fabiano of the University of Ottawa gathered this research in Frontiers in Psychiatry. Sleep problems affect up to 80 percent of adults with ADHD and up to 82 percent of children.
People with ADHD also tend to have a flatter, later daily cortisol rhythm, and some studies have found a smaller pineal gland, the tiny gland deep in the brain that makes melatonin. Their body clock genes show weaker daily swings too.
Melatonin and bright light therapy have both moved the body clock earlier in children and adults with ADHD. Early studies link that shift to fewer ADHD symptoms, and sleep programs for children have improved symptoms, sleep, and daily functioning.
Screening every ADHD patient for sleep and body clock problems is the first step in the plan the authors propose. After that come a fixed wake-up time, bright light in the morning, less light and screen time at night, regular daily routines, and low-dose melatonin for people whose clock is clearly running late.
The paper is a perspective piece that summarizes earlier research, and much of the treatment evidence is still early. For the large group of people with ADHD whose clocks run late, the first steps it recommends are about light, timing, and routine. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41450833/

every model upgrade consumes existing harness abstractions, and reveals new capability overhang
then you implement new harness abstractions to exploit the new capability overhang, and the products follow

@danialhasan Every “software factory”, skill, or workflow needs to be scrapped and rethought each time there’s a jump in capability/major model release

Thinking in systems, shipping in loops.Coding is turning into a commodity. The real work is now designing the loops that check AI output. The winning skill is steering intelligence, not writing the code yourself.

PETER THIEL CALLED IT.
The Antichrist wouldn’t build the doomsday machine.
This clip aged terrifyingly well.
Peter Thiel predicted in June, 26, 2025 exactly what is happening right now with Anthropic, Coxon and the AI-safety landscape.
“The way the Antichrist would take over bout Armageddon non-stop, you talk about existential risk non-stop.”
The 'Antichrist' wouldn’t seize power by creating an AI apocalypse, but by CONVINCING everyone that the apocalypse was coming and then offering safety in exchange for CONTROL.
A must watch.

Get ready for all of the investors in frontier model companies to suddenly flip to regulatory capture mode today
Their investments in frontier model companies are currently at risk/capped because the biggest buyers of tokens are embracing open-source models: vertical AI companies, the government and enterprises
That’s all this is about: stopping open source — which I’ve been saying on the pod for two years
If you want safety, you want disclosure — and open source is the ultimate disclosure process
