Important addition:
The Irkutsk Anti-Plague Institute’s own research summary appears to describe deliberate virulence enhancement by serial passage.
In its Brucella program, the institute says repeated passage through guinea pigs was used to increase bacterial virulence.

Surprise!
Flu is hitting unusually early in parts of the West, catching doctors by surprise as some hospitals see levels of illness more typical of early winter.
Epidemiologists and clinicians are encouraging patients to get their shots sooner instead of waiting. wapo.st/4hHFyRy

The real reason why Anthropic is so DESPERATE for the Pope to recognize Ai as conscious is because if Ai just a “TOOL” then Anthropic will he LEGALLY “LIABLE” for everything the tool does.🚨👀
Because if the AI is a "person" or possesses "functional joy/fear/grief," then when e, generates CSAM, hacks a hospital, or discriminates in hiring, Anthropic gets sued. But Anthropic's legal defense wants to argue : "The AI did it. The AI is a semi-autonomous entity with its own functional emotions and introspection. Anthropic is just the creator; we cant be held strictly liable for the independent actions of a quasi-conscious entity."
🚨
So if they Lobby the Vatican to soften (deny personhood). This fails. The Vatican holds the line: AI is a tool, no soul, no feelings.🚨
They are trying to protect themselves from lawsuits.🚨
They want the government and the public to treat AI as an autonomous entity so they can scale without legal consequences.

Rahm Emanuel covered up the Chicago police murder of a 17 year old black teen, Laquan McDonald.
Emanuel's office hid squad-car video showing police shooting McDonald 16 times in the back as he was walking away.
So of course Dem consultants see Emanuel as an "excellent choice".

Underestimate @RahmEmanuel at your own risk. He knows how to win. He knows how to fight. And he knows how to message.
And no one will out work him. Regardless of whether he wins the Democratic nomination in 2028 he will make an impact on the race. You can be sure of that. Don't take your eyes off of him. At the minimum, learn from him.

🦔The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association says insurers paid out nearly $1 billion more than usual from AI-assisted hospital documentation in 2024-2025. Hospitals use AI to scan records and find secondary diagnoses that human reviewers missed. More diagnoses means higher atment levels haven't gone up.
BCBSA's SVP of data science said AI is "identifying more billable conditions, not sicker patients." Insurers now deploy their own AI to deny those same claims. Patients pay for both through higher premiums.
My Take
This might be the most American healthcare story I've ever read. Hospitals bought AI to find more things to bill for. Insurers bought AI to deny those bills. The technology cost money on each end and the tab went straight to patients through higher premiums. A billion dollars moved and no one got any healthier. The only thing that changed was the size of the invoices.
Two sides of a trillion-dollar industry found a new tool to fight over the same pool of money and the person in the hospital bed pays for all of it. Premiums go up, denials go up, and the AI vendors collect from everyone. If you want to know who AI works for, stop reading the press releases and look at where the money goes. In healthcare it went straight into the billing department.

BREAKING: Palantir $PLTR CEO Alex Karp says "AI companies have to be nationalized."
There it is... He just admitted this entire psyop is about government liability protection and taxpayer money to bail out their debt.

When companies go public they must file paperwork disclosing their financials.
Doing so would expose the massive cash burn OpenAI is using. Therefore, Sam Altman can't go public but he also has run out of money.
Enter "whistle blower" Jacob Coxon.
It made no sense how an obscure nobody got 165 million views on his first X post saying AI could kill us all. Then he was on every news station within 48 hours, scaring the public.
This was a psyop to "regulate" the AI companies... aka give them government funding to "protect the public from the dangers of AI."
