‼️ A COUP IS HAPPENING IN POLAND 🇵🇱

Poland's Constitutional Tribunal is being subjected to an extraordinary takeover operation by pro-EU Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

Its official website has been taken over, an announcement has appeared removing its president and vice-president police have been deployed around the institution.

The Tribunal's existing leadership has declared the operation illegal and accused those responsible of committing a coup d'état.

The Constitutional Tribunal is the institution responsible for reviewing whether laws comply with the Constitution. It is broadly comparable to the constitutional-review function of the United States Supreme Court.

Today, its website announced that President Bogdan Święczkowski and Vice-President Bartłomiej Sochański had been suspended for one month.

The person now claiming authority over Poland's Constitutional Tribunal is Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, elected to the Tribunal by Donald Tusk's parliamentary majority in March 2026.

But there is a fundamental legal problem: she has never taken her judicial oath before the President of Poland, Karol Nawrocki.

Under Article 4 of the Act on the Status of Constitutional Tribunal Judges, newly elected judges must take their oath before the President of the Republic.

Nawrocki refused to receive her oath. Instead, on April 9, Korwin-Piotrowska participated in an alternative swearing-in ceremony organised inside the Polish Parliament, without the President's presence or participation.

The Presidential Chancellery explicitly declared that this procedure had no legal basis and could not confer judicial authority. The existing leadership of the Constitutional Tribunal maintains that she is therefore not legally a judge of the institution.

And now, a woman whose authority to serve as a constitutional judge is rejected by the President and the Tribunal's existing leadership is being presented as the person entitled to take control of the entire court.

Poland's Constitution does not give the prime minister or his government the power to dismiss the Constitutional Tribunal's leadership.

Article 194 establishes the Tribunal's composition and the procedure for appointing its president. Article 195 guarantees the independence of its judges.

The announcement of a suspension relies on Article 130 of the law governing ORDINARY COURTS. Invoking this article to suspend the leadership of the Constitutional Tribunal is a legally indefensible distortion of the law, revealing a staggering disregard for elementary constitutional principles.

HOW DID POLAND GET HERE?

Donald Tusk returned to power in December 2023, promising to reverse the judicial reforms introduced under the conservative Law and Justice government.

Those reforms had been fiercely opposed by the European Commission, which initiated rule-of-law proceedings against Poland and linked access to European funding to judicial conditions.

Tusk's government subsequently presented Brussels with a programme for restructuring the judiciary, including the Constitutional Tribunal. The European Commission welcomed that programme and ended its Article 7 proceedings against Poland in 2024.

The methods used by the EU and its supporters undermine the very constitutional principles they claim to restore.

President Karol Nawrocki has reportedly interrupted his journey to Senegal to return to Poland.

PAY ATTENTION MICHIGAN: The Making of Abdul El-Sayed: Bill Clinton, the Muslim Brotherhood, and Michigan's Senate Race

In 2007: University of Michigan graduation. Student speaker Abdul El-Sayed.

Bill Clinton follows, praises the speech, then tells him privately he has a real gift for speaking and should go into public service. El-Sayed has recounted that moment for years.

Nearly 20 years later, he’s the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Michigan.

Not surprising once you connect the actual record.

In 2012, while a medical student, El-Sayed signed a statement by Egyptian-American leaders supporting Mohamed Morsi’s decisions (Morsi was the Muslim Brotherhood president) and calling on him to “purge the media and the police as quickly as possible.”

Other signers of that letter have donated to his campaigns.

His half-sister posted that the family “has long been MB” and that their mother was active in the Brotherhood in Egypt in the early 1970s.

Their mother later worked for the Islamic American Relief Agency, designated by Treasury over terror-financing links.

His father-in-law, Tayeb Jukaku, sat on the Islamic Society of North America Founders Committee for years and previously led CAIR-Michigan - both groups named unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas financing case.

Jukaku has poured roughly $200,000 into a super PAC backing El-Sayed.

El-Sayed denies the ties. Yet the letter, the family posts, and the father-in-law’s roles are public.

The same Bill Clinton who praised him in 2007 had hosted Abdurahman Alamoudi at the White House. Photos show Clinton and Gore with him in 1996. Alamoudi founded the American Muslim Council, helped shape the early U.S. military Muslim chaplain program, and was treated as a "moderate" interlocutor.

An FBI wiretap after the 1998 African embassy bombings caught him saying the attacks were “wrong” but that he preferred hitting a “Zionist target” in America or Europe.

He publicly backed Hamas and Hezbollah. He was later convicted and sentenced to 23 years on charges involving illegal financial dealings with Libya, including a plot tied to the assassination of the Saudi Crown Prince.

The Clintons also hosted their CAIR friends and similar groups at White House events. Let's not forget Hillary’s longtime aide Huma Abedin edited a journal co-founded with Abdullah Omar Naseef (Muslim World League figure linked to entities later designated for terror financing).

As Secretary of State, she co-sponsored and hosted implementation of UN Resolution 16/18, the OIC-backed measure critics said advanced Sharia restrictions on speech critical of Islam. Hillary tried her hardest to import Islamic blasphemy laws!

Then look at the 2012 letter, the half-sister’s posts, the father-in-law’s ISNA/CAIR roles and donations, Alamoudi’s White House access and later conviction, and the Resolution 16/18 process.
