God spoke life into this world from inanimate matter. The distinction between sentient life and a cluster of hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur atoms is orientation and interaction.

In human phonetics, you can make any nearly infinite noises with your vocal cords and mouth positions, but 99.999% of the possible combinations are incomprehensible and unintelligible.

But there are very few sequences of these noises that result in a spoken language, capable of translating meaning from the speaker to the listener.

The orientation of organic matter, in such a way that gives life to said matter, is undeniably the language of our creator. This is the reason why exercising, dieting for health, and human enhancement brings us closer to God than prayer ever could.
Delving into the biohacking space and I once again learn the difference, within another niche, between people who are actually intelligent and people who simply seemed intelligent because they knew things I had yet to learn

An actual intimate understanding of the body at its deepest molecular level is so BEAUTIFUL you are speaking the language of God as put by @RetailGaslight when we were discussing metabolism. The more I speak to anyone who truly understands any of this the more excited I am everyday to learn the secrets within

I believe that this is not “playing God” as many try to call it, I believe that these answers were made logical and solvable for a reason and that we were meant to find them, that we were meant to master ourselves because this is the gift he gave us, this vessel which is the vehicle by which we experience the gift of life, we are meant to find its answers through that gift of free will and use it to help others and be our most vibrant reflection of his image

We care for God’s creation and that is also ourselves

So please India man hurry up and send me my fifty off-label prescription medications, for science

What are you talking about? There’s not even any studies on this directly.

The closest is Vinales et al. 2019 where 53 males had internal core temperature trackers in a calorimeter room. The eucaloric group had a 24 hour temperature rise of 0.06°C vs fasting. The hypercaloric high-fat group had a temperature rise of 0.13°C vs fasting, and the hypercaloric high-carb group had a 0.19°C temperature rise vs fasting. The hypercaloric groups consumed 200% of energy needs and the high-fat group wasn’t keto so this isn’t a great citation but it hints against your point.

However, using T3 as a proxy for body temperature is generally accepted because the thermogenesis effects of T3 are well understood and uncontroversial.

In Fery et al. 1982, an isocaloric and isoproteinic swap of carbohydrates for fats lowered T3 and raised rT3 in healthy subjects. And a year later Pasquali et al. 1983 found that ketogenic hypocoloric diets lowered T3 persistently whereas hypocaloric high-carb diets lowered it less and only briefly. Luukkon et al. 2020 noted a 21% reduction of T3 in 6 days of keto.

The common keto proponent argument to this is “well the tissues don’t need as much T3 on keto and lower T3 numbers don’t reflect hypothyroidism in this specific case”

Well Kose et al. 2017 looked at 120 epileptic children who were being treated with a ketogenic diet. After one year of keto, 16.7% (20 patients) were diagnosed with hypothyroidism and had to be prescribed levothyroxine, with 8 of those patients being diagnosed and prescribed within the first month.

Indirect evidence rather clearly shows that keto makes you cold compared to peating.

Yeah after playing around with it for months, I’ve decided that memantine sucks.
the more i research memantine, the less i understand why the steroid community treats it like some kind of neuroprotection cheat code.

neuroprotection means absolutely nothing if you are blocking neurons their ability to function.

memantine does not know when something is toxic the NMDA receptor.

the issue with this is that it can block the type of receptor you need for proper cognitive function, more specifically working memory called NMDA NR2B.

reducing these receptors their signaling from 100% to 70% completely FRIES your working memory, making you unable to draw accurate conclusions or remember information you just received.

something like magnesium-L-threonate or magnesium acetyl taurate can provide solid neuroprotection while increasing NMDA NR2B receptors in the brain which leads to improved working memory, not impaired.

to me its clear which option is superior however if you still want to use memantine, using magtein or guanfacine alongside can be of great help by reducing the negative effect memantine can have on working memory.

I forgot that I just microneedled and then applied RU58841.

I ask that you all respect my decision to transition.

I know I haven't been posting a lot of informational content lately, I'm sorry!

I have been busy with school and another project.

However, I have been chipping away slowly at the cardiolipin series and consolidating it into one piece and expanding upon it. I really want to post ery tempted to paywall it given the amount of work that's gone into it. TBD

Either way, I'm nearing completion (slowly) so it's something for you guys to look forward to. No ETA yet, I've been writing on a fluid schedule.

What really bothers me here is that these guys are trying to argue with her about religion.

Imagine how hot she would be if she lost the weight, you guys need to be convincing her of that!
Another loony 🤡🐷

Quest Diagnostics has been hacked. Patient data was exposed. They serve roughly half of U.S. hospitals and physicians. Investigation ongoing.

Why can’t you people have nice things?
Had a customer use AI to alter photos to try and get free stuff today.

It almost worked.

Easiest way to have all of your information blacklisted across multiple peptide stores. We all talk with each other. Scamming gets you put in peptide purgatory.

Crazy world we live in.

When it was popular on here to talk about using injection pens for peptides, there was a sub-debate about whether it was necessary to filter the peptides as you transfer from the vial to the cartridge. It's probably not needed for that.

However, injecting a liquid from a glass ampule is the exact use case for filters. Microscopic (or even macroscopic) glass particles can cause issues when injected. Just ask @NocturnalNelly.

If you're researching cerebrolysin, get some filters. They're cheap and add virtually no time to prep yet save potentially a lot of time and money for an ER visit.
yes cerebrolysin is a nightmare to inject

especially when you discover that you're apparently terrified of needles.

so i end up sitting there for 2 fucking hours with a syringe in my hand, fully aware that the injection itself takes about 10 seconds, yet somehow physically it.

but the cognitive clarity you get is so so so worth it.

- running on too little sleep
- feeling like your brain is aging faster than you are
- struggling to think clearly or come up with new ideas
- feeling mentally fried, detached, and completely out of it
- or simply having taken too much METH.

sometimes you just want your CLARITY back.

and that's why i keep putting up with the injections.

Another retard in the timeline
low dose 5-10mg tren is 24/7 adderall for brain and that is a feature not a bug but that much dopamine causes neurotoxicity and that is why 50mg fluvoxamine is a must when running tren no matter the dose.

it will not only counter nuerotoxicity but even reverses any previous mprove cognition so you can run low dose tren year around, counter side effects like anger, paranoia and protect mitochondria, organs, etc.

if running tren for cognition and entreprenuership then fluvoxamine is a must.

fluvoxamine is the strongest clinical sigma-1 receptor agonist. it clamps down on glutamate excitotoxicity and stops neuronal apoptosis cold.

Sig-1R and 5-HT1A activation surge BDNF and NGF. this regrows dendritic spines, reverses prior oxidative damage, and mutes amygdala fear circuits to eliminate paranoia.

fluvoxamine locks onto IP3 receptors at the endoplasmic reticulum. this optimizes mitochondrial calcium flow to maximize ATP while halting organ-level ER stress and inflammation.

the variable is pairing androgenic dopamine drive with sigma-1 shielding for year-round executive dominance.

Gaslight 👻 retweeted
Ray Peat was a confusing sort of guy… he wrote about his ideas in “books” and articles. You literally have to navigate to a “website” to read some of his stuff. He often wrote words, arranged left-to-right in what are called “paragraphs.” Hard guy to pin down.

Big news for non shape rotators
One of the coolest things about this design is the 3D Structures. Where applicable the structures are completely rotational. This was the hardest and longest part of the redesign. I have a few more adjustments and then it will be complete. I'm excited about this.
