Customers whose appointments were rescheduled due to the outage may visit the office this afternoon, October 6, for service.

KYTC’s Popup Event Program is making it easier than ever to access driver licensing services in counties without a Regional office.
At popup events, you can:
✅ Renew your license or ID card
✅ Upgrade to a REAL ID
✅ Complete a vision screening
✅ Change the name or address on for a Voter ID
Popup events provide the same services as a Regional Office, except for services that require testing by the Kentucky State Police.
