In 2020, we ended our strike based on the βNew Decade, New Approachβ promise that nursing staff in NI would never again fall behind UK pay parity. Enough is enough. Itβs unacceptable that our members may face industrial action yet again just to get the same pay as colleagues across the water. Weβve worked tirelessly in a broken system to care for patientsβyet we get no pay rise and even talk of settling for less. Our message is clear: our strike mandate is live. Restore pay parity now, or see us back on the picket lines. #PayParity #FairPayForNINurses
