Key points:
1) Overall CH prevalence was 66% in this post-taxane population treated with SoC LuPSMA (mostly TET2, PPM1D, DNMT3A)
2) No impact of CH on LuPSMA efficacy but some signal of greater marrow toxicity during therapy in CH+ pts 2/3

3) Emergence of new CH clones or expansion of existing CH clones (mostly PPM1D and TP53) seen in most patients treated with LuPSMA (lesser so in comparator cohort of taxane and Ra223 treated pts)

What are the outcomes of #LuPSMA in #octagenarians with advanced prostate cancer? Our collaborative experience with @DanaFarber_GU @MayoClinic @VUMChealth led by Daniel Sentana and Avina Rami, published in @JCOOP_ASCO: ascopubs.org/doi/10.1200/OP…

Pts >80 are under-represented in key trials with #LuPSMA. Key points:
+57% PSA50, median PFS 7m, median OS 14m (comparable to #VISION trial)
+Safety similar to VISION, BUT:
-40% pts admitted during therapy (though minority were treatment-related)
-1 treatment-related death

Overall, this demonstrates good outcomes with #LuPSMA in well-selected octagenarians with mCRPC - and highlight potential role for #oncogeriatric care and frailty assessment to help reduce need for hospital admissions/unplanned care utilization @PCF_Science @urotoday

1) No benefit seen overall.
2) Possible hint of more benefit in those with very high-risk disease (2-3 RFs, N1).
