"So if your entire plan is built around what happens after the Insurrection Act is invoked, you are building a plan around mass violence happening"
Exactly.
Exactly.
I've been going through the Democracy Files leaks @DataRepublican has been releasing, and whether or not any of this ultimately meets the legal bar for seditious conspiracy. The plan these organizers are discussing doesn't hold together unless you assume their "non-violence" language is masking their true intentions from public consumption.
Their red line is the Insurrection Act as a potential triggering action, there may be others, but all of the potential triggering acts that have been hinted at are lawful actions. Nobody invokes the Insurrection Act over people walking down the street with signs. It doesn't happen. The Guard deployments in LA and Portland last year to counteract violent protestors weren't even the Insurrection Act. The only scenario where it actually gets invoked is one where there is sustained violence that local authorities can't or won't control.
So if your entire plan is built around what happens after the Insurrection Act is invoked, you are building a plan around mass violence happening. You can say "non-violence" as many times as you want. The plan doesn't work without the violence. That's a wink and a nod tactic to cya legally.
But understand the logic flow of what comes next. In the transcripts published by The Post Millennial and WECU, the talk is about governors becoming "the leading governing authority," about how to "wall off these illegitimate individuals," and about moving "into an extra-constitutional process." In other words, the federal response has been labeled illegitimate before anything has even happened.
That's where this starts to matter legally. The seditious conspiracy statute covers conspiring to oppose by force the authority of the United States, or to prevent, hinder or delay by force the execution of any law. The Supreme Court said back in 1887 that if federal officers carrying out the law are forcibly opposed by people who conspired for that purpose, that is exactly what the statute was written for.
If violence breaks out, and the federal government steps in to protect communities, and these same organizers then use ongoing violent protests to tell governors and the public that the federal government is no longer legitimate, that bleeds out of activism and into something far more serious.
Advocating an idea isn't a crime necessarily and the courts have been clear about that. But there is a big difference between teaching an abstract idea and lining up the lawyers, the bail money and the governing plan for the day after.
Maria Stephan, who co-leads the Horizons Project, the group that co-wrote the toolkit for these organizers, wrote in 2020 that calling the George Floyd protests violent riots "is simply untrue" and that the looting and vandalism were "a minute portion" of it, "largely committed by opportunists." Erica Chenoweth, whose 3.5% rule keeps coming up in these circles, co-wrote that claims the protests were overtaken by rioting "are false." Paul Zeitz wrote last year that troops had been "deployed against peaceful protestors" in LA. So they are obviously hiding behind legalese to cover their tracks while having a background of defining violent protests as non-violent.
All of this tells you exactly how they'll describe the violence when it comes. āIt isn't really violence, it's a tiny percentage, it's opportunists, and the real threat is the federal response.ā
They're being evasive and misleading, intentionally.
The question now is what the full archive shows. If anyone on these calls is planning to physically resist federal law enforcement once it shows up, or keeps backing these movements after they've clearly turned violent, that's not politics anymore. And itās worth repeating this last point. If the organizers of this say āpeaceful protestā now, but advocate for advancing their plan to delegitimize the authority of the United States government after violent protests break out, they will be exposed to more obvious legal scrutiny.

Had a patient recently come see me with Stage 4 metastatic colon cancer, at the young age of 37.
The majority of his treatment and surgeries were completed at MD Anderson in Houston, often ranked among the top Cancer hospitals in the world.
He sought me because his oncologist would not prescribe any ānon-traditionalā medications like ivermectin, Fenbendazole, or Mebendazole.
Before you jump to conclusions and start rambling about anti-parasitic, letās talk about how each of these works in the body.
Ivermectin works in cancer on WNT/TCF and PAK1āAkt/mTOR inhibition, mitochondrial respiratory suppression, chloride-driven hyperpolarization, and P2X4/P2X7-linked immunogenic cell death.
Fenbendazole works for cancer by impacting mitochondrial translocation of p53 and inhibition of glucose uptake, GLUT transporter expression, and hexokinase II, on top of moderate microtubule destabilization.
Mebendazole's main mechanisms regarding cancer are still β-tubulin binding, VEGFR2 inhibition, and Hedgehog inhibition. This in turn leads to reduced glutamine markers which have downstream effects.
[Notice I didnāt say anything about parasites there.
Feel free to show this tweet to someone who doesnāt know any better.]
The oncologist actually supported their use but likely due to āpoliticsā couldnāt personally prescribe them.
So instead of 1 doctor managing all of his cancer care, he has like 5.
Unfortunate but becoming increasingly common.
At the end of the care you have to be AN ADVOCATE for yourself.
If you donāt like the answers you are getting (in medicine), continue to seek out providers until you do.

šØšØ THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 8: THE COMPLICIT FEDERAL WORKERS šØ
In Drop 7, we saw Paul Zeitz type during a Zoom call:
"We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations - hat on the form."
Excuse me? Actively blocking the federal government during an "emergency situation?"
And how are federal workers involved with Renew American Democracy (RAD), a group whose primary mission is to a fundamental rewrite of our Constitution?
Turns out, a certain federal workers alliance, FWAD, is working closely with RAD on their goal to rewrite America.
FWAD is the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, formerly known as "Federal Workers Against DOGE."
RAD's published strategy lists FWAD among its endorsers. But FWAD isn't just an endorser. It is a founding partner of the Nationwide Deliberation Campaign (NDC). The goal is "a national People's Proposal of structural reforms" - which, in RAD's other videos and strategy documents, is planned to occur just after the federal government has been declared illegitimate. In a nutshell: with no federal government, a representative (read: DEI) panel of citizens will be assembled, their input collated and stitched into a new constitution for the Fourth Founding.
But that is not the only path for restructuring. A concept note also proposes "Constitutional amendments," with "state ratification strategies." Either way, all evidence points to that the NGOs in the Block lane know their goal is to rewrite American governance.
All the receipts are in this video. š
Note: two current federal workers were in the files. As they are not public figures, I withheld these names. I gave them over to contacts in their agencies instead.

Don't get it twisted: UCF earned this win by playing harder for longer than BYU. The Cougars were awful, but it was because they were never consistent with their effort or execution. #BYUvsUCF

"Scenario planning is not a plot, it's just good common sense."
***************************
When your "scenario planning" includes coordinating with Democrat governors to declare the President "illegitimate" while those same governors claim sovereignty over America for themselves, while also coordinating with foreign powers for recognition, that sure as hell IS a "plot," you seditionist morons.
No amount of pretending otherwise changes that cold, hard reality.

as BYU and UCF hit halftime, more chants of religious hate have soared down at a cougars game.
in the wake of āfā the mormonsā chants, the big 12 has put out statements. but when will hate against the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or any religion, be penalized.

Everything is fine over here in Utah, @HarmeetKDhillon
I had many reach out and ask who the man in the middle is.
This is who Ryan Cowley is:
Utah Elections Director Ryan Cowley sits on the EAC Board of Advisors
šØšØand is Vice Chair of ERIC; the private nonprofit Utah a to every 60 days.šØšØ
The same man and the same office refuse to give the DOJ the full unredacted voter file, are being sued and investigated over that refusal, and call federal review āunjustified interference.ā
In emails with DOJās Eric Neff, Cowley told them their justification for demanding the full voter rolls was not valid.
Data for the club he helps lead. Stonewall for the public and for federal enforcers.
