Yh considering what we’ve been missing in Leoni Bradley Ekitike and even Szo for a couple weeks now he’s done and unreal job. It hasn’t been always pretty but has made us sound defensively and got Isak his big chances to finish. Can’t complain about his start with us
Think Iraola deserves far more credit than the general consensus seems to be right now, he’s lost ONE match at Liverpool, to City. They’re 3 wins from 3 in the UCL, on 15 points after 8 games (71-ish point pace), utilising Nyoni, Koumas, Rio, McConnell. They were one of the teams whose transfer business was most worrying, Araujo’s done well but RB, LB, central midfield, he’s managed those issues near-perfectly. Still so much to be improved on even from a coaching POV but in a transition season with a sub optimal “rebuild” in the summer, you couldn’t have asked for much more.

There is a clear money laundering operation between Liverpool + Bournemouth.
There are several transactions over the years which make no football or financial sense.

🔴 Spending £100m on Alex Scott in January, especially when he has just 18 months left on his contract, makes little business sense.
Liverpool could invest that money more wisely by strengthening multiple positions and targeting players like Lamine Camara and Manu Koné instead.
