I hope I helped with the coverage of the VRS carnage. It was an enjoyable race that went down to the wire

Incentivising LANs is important to both validate the rankings as well as support and nurture the ecosystem.

However Tier 2 Open events have limited oversight with some grey area in the rules.

The component has gone from having limited effect to being the most necessary within the rankings.

The Tier 2 space is in a healthy state and VRS has done a lot to benefit it which is great.
However, teams' fate are at the whim of a 2 week deadline among other awkward aspects. Its not the easiest to work around in a situation which is now rather planning dependent.

The 🇸🇬 Singapore major race has ended

Compared to the 2025 major race's, LAN Wins has gone from a difference maker to being the price to compete

I'll write more on this later, & I think incentisizing LANs is important, but 10 LANW to compete within the top75 is a steep price.
