How does @engyai Bittensor subnet achieve such drastic cost savings over Coreweave?
Great article below explains.

Had a solid week 44 IRL last week.
Doing this over the next 48 hours to celebrate it 👇
1️⃣ SN44 emissions → 44% miners, 44% validators, 12% owner.
2️⃣ Convicting 44% of the owner’s wallet.
3️⃣ Take a guess, you're always asking for it.
Forever Forty-Four.

So could the crop land with that ends up with no cover in between growing seasons and has degraded top soil. Speaking of which, you know that farmers then put manure onto of those barren fields because nothing will grow on them otherwise? The reason it ends up in waterways is because when it rains, the manure that’s sprep land runs off the hardened ground that has been compacted by agricultural equipment. You are describing the symptom as the root cause and it is not.
To the methane point, a human that lives on a plant only diet will produce more methane via farting than a human that lives on a meat only diet because the bacteria that produce methane need to ferment plants. (See image from grok.com/share/c2hhcmQt…). So it seems we either let nature take its course and let cows produce methane via ingesting grass or we take on that burden?
I can’t really argue with the last two points besides that somethings that wrong with the industrial system that could easily be changed/avoided.
One thing also, both sides of this (eating only plants or eating mostly meat) could both have substantially better practises that produce less of the problems we have both brought up.

I just wanna say that I'm really enjoying glm5.3-flash-tee inference via @KubeTEEAI on @say_gm_ .
Surprisingly good and cheap inference. Building out basic business automation/assistance hasn't required me to use a stronger model.
Bittensor is actually useful 🤫

80-90% of ruminants feed in the UK is grass found on lands that aren't farmable. They only get the grains at the end to fatten them up which one could argue is a optional luxury we could afford to lose if we wanted to be strict about it. We also get dairy from those same cows which means more food from the same unfarmable land. Whilst cows are also on that unframable land, they urinate and deficate which refertilises the soil, keeping it healthy, giving a fertile land for bugs and insects to live which then feed birds.
I will grant you, pork and chicken is a different story and mostly live off grain but like with the cows, chicken aren't just used for their meat, they also give you eggs along the way. If incorporated into a regenerative practise, they wouldn't need the grain as they would feed off of the bugs and insects that the cows helped sustain.
Reduction argument of "CoWs TaKe Up SpAcE aNd ReSoUrCeS" is how a 6 year old thinks without taking into account downstream effects of things.

That doesn’t reduce inflation pressure. It reduces selling pressure.
KubeTEE owner share is perpetually locked. It recycles revenue (currently just from mining SayGM whilst they are building the stack) and unused miner emission back into the unissued supply. This reduces the circulating supply and defers the token issuance into the future.
Ultimately this leads to more yield for stakers and a longer runway for miners.
