How did a quirky band like Dr Dog write such an epic like Can She Dance?

It literally says that membership in the militia cannot be set as requirement for owning guns. Such a pre requisite would be an infringement.

We have never denied that the militia is mentioned.

Notice how the "no restrictions" people routinely acknowledge the entire amendment.
Everyone loves quoting the Second Amendment until you bring up the words “A well regulated Militia.”

The amendment doesn't simply say, “Everyone gets a gun, no questions asked.” It explicitly mentions a well-regulated militia before affirming the right to keep and bear arms.

So what did “well regulated” mean when the amendment was written? What role did the militia clause play? And why do people argue as if those words don't exist?

Here's the uncomfortable truth: You can't have an honest debate about the Second Amendment while ignoring the part of the text that complicates your argument.

Read the whole amendment. Understand its historical context. Then make your case.

Does “well regulated” have any meaningful place in today's gun debate, or are we only interested in the parts of the Constitution that support what we already believe?

Commie Brazilians: "oh so can we invade the US to kidnap our persecuted legitimate leader?"

Americans: "sure, in fact we're all just tickled to hear you say that."

Yes.
If the U.S. is harboring a fugitive from justice, is Brazil allowed to invade the U.S. and kidnap Flavio Bolsonaro like they did with Maduro in Venezuela?

Lol. No.
The only difference between me and a religious person is that: Their morality is driven by the fear of eternal damnation (hell), while mine comes from a genuine regard for humanity.

We’re not the same.

It is morally acceptable to drive over them.

Even if you make sure they actually go under the wheels.

These people need to become afraid to do this.

China has slaves RIGHT NOW, you lying fucking agitator.
Meanwhile this is what George Washington was doing to the people enslaved.

But capitalists will have us believe he’s a “freedom fighter.”

You know what Mao was doing ? He was freeing slaves when he took over China.

100% guarantee it had nothing to do with "rhetoric like this."
Last summer one of my closest friends was murdered in her own home because people hear rhetoric like this, believe it, and act on it.

I am begging anyone who reads this: do not become numb to this. It is not ok. It cannot be the new normal.
