New in Mandate: two founders, separate signers, one exact agreement. Activation stays blocked until both accept.

Under the hood: we tested a constrained Solana treasury across 75 local-validator transactions: allowed payments, blocked exits, competing reservations, replay and rollback.

App integration, recovery, migration and real-money readiness are still ahead.
