I just voted for Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan because I support Medicare for All.
Why should insurance companies run our healthcare when the government would do a much better job?
The government has an excellent track record of providing services with efficiency, transparency, why does competition matter anyway?
One step closer to communism! ✊

What an odd time of year to test drive Molotov Cocktails in Georgia, U.S.A. ...almost like they are testing the system.
(Article in first comment)
"Federal authorities arrested a 31-year-old Georgia man Thursday for allegedly throwing a Molotov cocktail at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) building in downtown Atlanta earlier this week in what prosecutors described as an "act of terrorism."
Inique Hinton of Douglasville was charged with attempted arson of a federal building and depredation of government property, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia."

I’ve been looking into the history of El Salvador. As is known, they had a great problem with gangs. And Bukele cleaned that up.
But where did the gang problem originate? My guess is this: the society was deliberately imploded and turned into a gang incubator to create foot used throughout the Americas to do the direct action dirty work needed by our ruling elite.
A century ago, El Salvador was the most densely populated and among the most commercially developed of the five Central American republics.
Ostensibly, it looks like a country that merely suffered from Communist or Marxist revolutionaries. But I suspect that they were just the front of people with different goals.

So, the one-party completely corrupt Democrat rule of California for decades ignoring the State Constitution.
Go figure.
Seriously, they don't care because there have been no consequences.
Go figure.
Seriously, they don't care because there have been no consequences.
Why doesn't the State of CA want to enforce ITS OWN Constitution, which lists U.S. citizenship as one of two requirements to vote?
It's been that way since 1849, in the state's first constitution. At that time only white men who were U.S. citizens could vote, but over the years w there are two requirements in the California Constitution - citizenship and age.
Newsom, Bonta, Weber, Logan - if you have a problem enforcing federal law, why don't you enforce the requirements of our own constitution?!

It helps when the fake news media are nothing more than the propagandist wing of the Democrat/Left/Deep State.
2016. Obama's Press Secretary is asked about reports that during immigration raids, ICE agents were storming into homes without warrants, going room to room looking for illegals, and making children tremble with fear.
Notice how it wasn't even a big deal. The person asking the idn't even scream "Nazi!" The Press Secretary just blew off the question and moved on.
Fun times.

You can't make this stuff up. Unreal.
California to the Ninth Circuit:
"Because we have already begun tabulating mail in ballots and there might be illegal ballots among those already cast that we can't segregate, we are obligated to finish this election out by continuing to count illegal ballots for consistency."

Everyone thinks it's Article V allowing the Constitution to be amended, but in reality it's Article III.
Theoretically, nothing stops a party with a majority in Congress and the White House from abolishing all lower courts, establishing new courts in their place, doubling the size of the Supreme Court, and, in doing so, gaining absolute control over the Judiciary at all levels of government and thus eliminating any opposition to whatever policies they'd like to impose.
You want to sue Congress when it grants sweeping powers to the President? The lower courts don't even stay the law.
You appeal to the packed Supreme Court? They refuse to hear the case.
You complain that the President and Congress have overstayed their term in office? The courts rule that the Constitution does not mandate Federal elections every two years during a state of emergency.
You take to the streets and protest? The President declares a state of rebellion and Congress suspends habeas corpus.
Any political party sufficiently united in its desire to completely destroy the political system, and having obtained even the slimmest majorities in both the legislative and executive branches, can essentially overthrow any republican system of government.
All of this is procedurally allowed. There is no constitutional order, including our own, that can ultimately guarantee its own continuation through constitutional procedures alone.

Notoriously corrupt president, Barack Obama, who spied on and tried to jail Trump and other political opponents (in addition to engaging in sedition to try to destroy the Trump presidency) has thoughts on "character"...
Barack Obama: "There's a decency we should expect out of our public officials. I don't know what's happened where the standards of behavior have gotten so low. Because character matters."

As always with @brivael, well worth the time.
The peak of globalism was Obama and Macron.
Two men, two continents, the same casting.
Young, polished, brilliant speakers. Perfect résumés. Total ease in front of a camera. Able to electrify a rally in Ohio and charm a room full of CEOs in Davos in the same week.
They are excellent actors. I mean that without irony. Public charisma is a real talent, and they have it at a rare level.
But look at what they actually embodied.
Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize nine months into his presidency. Before he had done anything. They weren't rewarding a record, they were rewarding an image: a post-national world run by institutions and experts.
Macron is the European version of the same product. A movement founded one year before the election, no historic grassroots base, carried by the economic, media and administrative elites. "Neither left nor right." Translation: attached to no people and no history. Just the efficient management of globalization.
Their whole software fit in one sentence: the global market, supranational institutions and experts know better than nations what is good for them.
Unlimited free trade. Deindustrialization sold as modernization. Borders treated as an archaism. Sovereignty treated as populism.
They weren't the architects of this project. They were its faces. The best salesmen it ever had. When you need millions of people to accept that their factory is moving to the other side of the world and that it's for their own good, you don't send a gray technocrat. You send someone who knows how to talk.
That's why footage of Obama at a rally rings so hollow today. Same tone, same inflections, same staging. But the audience has changed. They've seen the movie. They know how it ends.
And the project they carried is dying everywhere.
The US is back to tariffs and reindustrialization. Europe is finally talking about energy, military and tech sovereignty. Borders are a legitimate topic again. Supply chains are coming home. Covid proved that a country that can't produce its own masks isn't modern. It's vulnerable.
Macron is at 15% approval, his lowest since 2017. Obama is back on the rally circuit, and the magic is gone.
But the most revealing part is what came after them.
The system can no longer produce an Obama or a Macron. Nobody that charismatic, that polished, that smooth.
There are two reasons for that.
The first is arrogance. For fifteen years they won without really fighting. The media was on their side, the elites aligned, the opponent demonized in advance. When you win too easily, you get lazy. You stop caring about the casting. You stop working on the script. And it shows: less polished, less prepared, less credible.
The second runs deeper. Truly brilliant people no longer want to enter this system. They know it has no future. Fifteen years ago, an ambitious young prodigy aimed for the elite schools, Harvard, high civil service, the big international institutions. Today they start a company, they build, they go where things are moving. Nobody signs up for a sinking ship.
So look at the bench.
In the US, they ran Biden. A president whose cognitive decline was obvious to everyone except his inner circle, who spent months hiding it. Then they swapped him out in a panic for Kamala Harris, who couldn't answer a simple question without drifting into word salad. After Obama, that's a staggering fall.
In France, same movie. Attal is Macron on a photocopier. Same codes, same lines, none of the depth. He announced his presidential run from a village square in rural France to make people forget he's a pure product of Paris's wealthiest neighborhoods. Everyone sees the set. Nobody buys it.
And on the left, the new great hope is Glucksmann. Son of a famous philosopher, Brussels MEP, darling of the Parisian salons. He talks about the nation and the working class with the polish of a dinner party in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The words are right. The voice isn't.
They all sound off. Like instruments out of tune. You still recognize the score, but nobody wants to listen to the concert anymore.
That's the first sign of a dying system: it no longer attracts the best. All it has left are heirs and imitators.
Charisma isn't enough when reality contradicts the story.
What comes next won't necessarily be better. But it will be different: leaders judged by what they build, not by how well they tell it.
The age of actors is over. Make way for the builders.

Take abortion for example. For many people, this is an “idea” of women’s reproductive health. For me, it is an issue of tearing an innocent child limb from limb, and violence in defense of that unborn child against the aforementioned violence being done do it is completely morally justified.
Same as slavery and the civil war. Violence was already being done.
Same as medical rape (COVID vax mandates). Violence is already being done.
Same as the J6 imprisonments. Violence is already being done.
Same with mutilating minors in homage to transgender ideology. Violence is already being done.
Same with BLM protests. Violence was already being done.
Same with Waco. Violence was already being done.
Same with no-knock warrants for non-violent crimes. Violence is already being done.
Make no mistake, our forbearance does not mean violence is not being done - that trigger has already been pulled. It means we are pleading with them to reconsider these ideas and their associated violence before they leave honorable men no choice.

@thestinkeye @thestinkeyelegally defend themselves against someone who hasn’t committed violence against another person? The only way to defend against ideas, and plans are with better ideas and plans. The side who stops talking, voting and participating in the system cannot stand on legal or moral ground to justify their actions. Giving in is giving up.

Americans are being sold a carefully packaged story of Republican collapse, and the people selling it know exactly what they're doing with two little words: “lifelong Republican.”
Those words are supposed to establish credibility before anyone bothers checking whether the person deserves it.
Consider Michigan, where Democrat Abdul El-Sayed unveiled Rich Perlberg as a disillusioned Republican who voted for Mike Rogers nine times before abandoning him.
Sounds devastating. Until somebody investigates the fucking biography.
Perlberg was responsible for newspaper endorsements of John Kerry and Barack Obama. He publishes a Substack promoting progressive values, supports Medicare for All, and complains that establishment Democrats aren't left-wing enough.
And the grand finale? He's a recurring donor to El-Sayed's campaign, contributing at least $50 monthly.
The supposedly shocking Republican defector is already financing the Democrat presenting him as one.
That's the part the advertisement conveniently leaves out.
Now widen the lens. CBS showcases a “lifelong Republican” denouncing immigration enforcement. CNN features a Republican declaring his party hijacked. NBC assembles Michigan Republicans describing their political disillusionment.
Different networks. The same extraordinarily useful storyline. Republicans are abandoning ship.
Does that prove somebody coordinated every segment? No. But the repeated framing deserves scrutiny, particularly when the Perlberg example demonstrates how easily an inconvenient political history can disappear behind a convenient label.
And that's where the larger indictment becomes fucking devastating.
The political campaign has an obvious interest in selling Republican collapse. What's the excuse for journalism treating these emotional declarations as compelling evidence without establishing how representative the speakers actually are?
An anecdote becomes a trend. A selected biography becomes political credibility. Repetition creates the impression of an unstoppable movement.
And ordinary Americans are left doing the background research the professional storytellers should have done before inviting everyone to believe the narrative.
When a Democratic campaign can dress a monthly Democratic donor in a “lifelong Republican” label, the press has one obvious job: examine what's underneath.
If journalism can't clear that embarrassingly low bar, its credibility deserves to collapse long before the political party it's supposedly covering.

When your "scenario planning" includes coordinating with Democrat governors to declare the President "illegitimate" while those same governors claim sovereignty over America for themselves, while also coordinating with foreign powers for recognition, that sure as hell IS a "plot," you seditionist morons.
No amount of pretending otherwise changes that cold, hard reality.

Don’t be surprised when you find out the Feds have ou and your drug-trafficking felon husband landed a $2 billion deal to build the Springfield courthouse in July of this year over more experienced, lower-cost competitors.
