Good morning everyone☀️
Welcome the dawn of this serene Sunday morning, allowing a quiet stillness to settle over our souls. ✨
Heavenly Father, remind us today of Your hope and new beginnings. Help us leave behind the noise of the past week, surrender our hearts to the present assurance that You are orchestrating our steps in Your perfect timing. Grant our spirits this sacred space to breathe and heal.
Let Your comforting presence fill our homes, quiet every anxious thought with profound peace, and pour out Your love like a refreshing rain. As we lift our voices in gratitude, renew our inner strength and ground us in absolute faith for the journey ahead.
Grant us the wisdom to notice Your blessings in the simple moments and the joy to share Your light with everyone we meet. Protect our families, strengthen our devotion, and awaken our souls to the endless possibilities of Your boundless grace. Amen. 🙏🏼

When MY son was at Walter Reed, I could not keep a dry eye seeing all of our wounded. I was there at Christmas, and as much as we wanted to lift them up it was very difficult. God bless ALL of our military whether healthy or injured. We love and support you.

Happy Reformation Day! ✝️
That painting is a classic—Martin Luther at work in his study, quill in hand, books open, crucifix on the wall, and light streaming in.
October 31 marks the anniversary of Luther nailing the Ninety-Five Theses to the church door in Wittenberg in 1517, Protestant Reformation in motion. A good day to remember the recovery of the gospel of grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.

Trump put out a statement today recognizing Reformation Day. That doesn’t sound like a big deal until you realize almost no president has ever done it.
The only other time a sitting president publicly acknowledged it was Herbert Hoover back in 1930, and even then it was just a short greeting he sent to a Lutheran group. Nothing formal, nothing broad, and nothing like what came out of the White House today.
What Trump actually said is the interesting part. He didn’t just say “happy Reformation Day.” He connected Martin Luther, the emphasis on Scripture, and people like William Tyndale straight to the ideas of God-given rights and liberty that shaped the founding. And he did it while the country’s in the middle of its 250th anniversary.
Most presidents will issue a proclamation for Thanksgiving or Christmas without thinking twice. Reformation Day, though? That’s specific. And for whatever reason, it’s basically never been something the White House has bothered to mark.
So yeah, it’s a small thing on paper. But in practice it’s one of those moments where a president is openly tying America’s story to the Reformation instead of treating that history like something that doesn’t matter.
Whether you like him or not, that part is new.

People's opinions change constantly, but God's truth never changes. Paul asked, "Do I seek to please men?" (Galatians 1:10). A compass doesn't follow the wind; it follows north. Likewise, Christians must follow Christ, not the crowd. "Are you seeking God's approval or man's?"

Some of life's most beautiful endings began in places we never would have chosen... but God has a way of redeeming the story.🙌
We bring Him our worries, He offers us His peace and faith reminds us that the story isn't over yet... nothing is beyond His reach.🧡
