Goodnight everyone.
As the sun sets and this day comes to a close, may your heart be still, your worries be quiet, and your soul find perfect peace.

We look back on the hours passed with thankful hearts, releasing everything into God's hands. May you and your loved ones sleep of His love, knowing you are entirely safe under His watchful care tonight. May the Lord surround your family with comfort, send His angels to guard your home, and let His gentle light shine through the darkest hours.

Rest well, wake with renewed strength and a spirit full of joy, and walk confidently in His grace tomorrow. ✨🙏🏼🌙

Keep watch, dear Lord, with those who work, or watch, or weep this night, and give your angels charge over those who sleep. Tend the sick, Lord Christ; give rest to the weary, bless the dying, soothe the suffering, pity the afflicted, shield the joyous; and all for your love’s sake. Amen.

@JelliKar we come before God, let’s do so with hearts full of gratitude, knowing that walking in love as Jesus loved us means reflecting His love and compassion to a world desperate for it.

“Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us a, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.” (Ephesians 5:1-2)

Let our lives, therefore, resonate with the grace and mercy He has shown us. Thank you for your post today, and I pray that others will see His love, grace, and mercy in what you have shared. Take care, and God bless.

THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS DEAD !

Swing-state voters are increasingly rejecting the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) brand tied to figures like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, with a clear majority viewing socialism unfavorably and stressing that government “free” promises Americans for Prosperity’s “Americans Unscripted” report, based on conversations with roughly 9,000–10,200 swing voters across states including Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, North Carolina, Iowa, New Hampshire, Montana, and Alaska, found 56% held an unfavorable view of the DSA—up from 50% in September. Nearly 59% said the Democratic Party is controlled by its extreme left wing (also up from 50%), while 82% preferred personal freedom and free markets over greater government control. Among swing and Republican-leaning voters combined, unfavorable views of the DSA reached about 69% versus just 10% favorable.

Voters expressed skepticism of expansive promises. “Nothing is free,” Michael from Holland, Michigan, told an AFP volunteer. “There’s an agenda behind all these promises of free benefits.” Others cited inflation, fuel costs, and everyday expenses as top concerns in what AFP described as a cost-of-living election.

This resistance comes as the DSA has endorsed candidates in House, state, and local races and as discussions continue about expanding the progressive “Squad” influence—AOC and Rashida Tlaib among its most prominent members—into a larger informal bloc. While democratic socialists have scored primary wins in deep-blue districts, broader polling (including from the New York Times/Siena and others) shows socialism and AOC herself with net-unfavorable ratings nationally, particularly outside solidly Democratic areas.

Economic analyses underscore the voters’ point. White House Council of Economic Advisers scoring of core DSA proposals (Medicare for All, free college/student debt cancellation, Green New Deal elements, a 32-hour workweek, and others) estimated a net fiscal burden of roughly $49 trillion over a decade—about $355,000 per household—after limited offsets from a proposed wealth tax. Independent estimates, such as from the Cato Institute, place the range even higher in some scenarios. Taxing only the very wealthy falls far short; middle-class households would face substantially higher taxes or reduced growth to fund the agenda. AOC has countered that policies like expanded public services are “public goods,” not “free stuff,” but the fiscal math and voter feedback in competitive states highlight the trade-offs.

As the midterms approach, the data suggest the socialist label and its associated costs remain a liability in the places that decide control of Congress.
