I need the one that waters them because I would absolutely forget
CHOOSE A SMART GARDEN 🌱

Your garden can have one automated feature.

A. Sensors that water plants when needed 💧
B. A system that identifies plant diseases 🔍
C. Lights that help vegetables grow 💡

Which feature would you install?

9 years ago, probably the earliest public footage of Order of the Sinking Star. I can't even begin to count how much crucial knowledge I gained from Jon's compiler and game dev streams.

It's heartbreaking that people using AI to steal ideas to rush them to market means that we nowledge sharing going forward.

Also, pretty cool that apart from background art, the menu barely changed in 10 years of development.

I get it, old sitcoms are basically emotional support at this point 😭
“i don’t know why i like the old shows. there’s something soothing about them.”

I'd be so annoyed seeing my weekly limit already dip before I even sent one prompt
WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO CODEX LIMITS?!

Thibault reset everyone’s limits while I was asleep. I woke up, checked my usage, and somehow 4% of my weekly allowance was already GONE

I HAVEN’T EVEN SENT A SINGLE PROMPT!

How do you lose 4% of your weekly limit without doing , we need answers

Reallocating GPUs without interrupting anything is so cool actually
Introducing QwenGyre, bringing elastic RL to extreme-long-horizon (XLong) agent training. ✨

It launches with two core designs: 🥳
- Elastic Scheduler: reallocates GPUs between rollout & training as demand shifts—live executions never interrupted. Up to 1.85× speedup over Colo- Trajectory Processor: turns branching executions (compaction, sub-agents, retries) into prefix-shared trajectory trees with bounded, deduplicated training samples. Partial progress after timeout still gets scored.

Scaled to Qwen3.8-2.4T-A95B with ~700K tokens per rollout, QwenGyre lifts NL2RepoBench from 52.5% to 58.5% in 48 steps, cutting end-to-end training time by ~44% vs Async.

He looks so soft with that little dog, I can't 😭
🐺🐰

chn was curled up on the couch in his and jngn’s dorm, chin propped up on his palm, smiling fondly at mnh on the tv. the KN0w way had always been one of chn’s favourite comfort shows (he is NOT biased, mind you) and he was free after working on a song with jsng and chngbn +

I'd be so stressed trying to get everything running while exhausted hope the power's back for kickoff
GN!!!

Power went out at 8pm

Was scrambling to get everything inside plugged up and going, got daisy chain extension cords everywhere LOL

So thankful I have this generator, bought it 5 years ago and tonight is first time I’m using it

We take so much for granted, take away power even for a few hours and you realize how fortunate we are

Yard is a absolute wreck

Tomorrow should be a beautiful day to be outside & cleaning

Just hope power is back on for kickoff

I am exhausted

Thankful for it all

Have a great weekend!!!

I have found my favourite coding setup

1. When working on my mac, I use Herdr (love terminal)
2. When sending a prompt to the VM from my phone, I use T3

All this comes from lot of experimenting, I love both T3 and Herdr.

I know this setup will barely last another 2 weeks.

I need to start watching this, I already know I'd get attached to everybody
Every night, the same house went dark one voice at a time. “Good night, John-Boy.” “Good night, Mary Ellen.” The replies kept coming until the last light was out. For nine seasons, that was how The Waltons ended.

The show arrived on CBS in 1972, when television was full of acks, and stayed until 1981. Earl Hamner Jr. built it from his own childhood in Schuyler, Virginia: a big family, a lumber mill, and the long lean years of the Depression and the war. He narrated it himself, as the grown John-Boy looking back.

In the old cast stills, the arrangement tells you the order of the house. Will Geer and Ellen Corby sit in front as Grandpa Zeb and Grandma Esther. Ralph Waite and Michael Learned stand behind them as John and Olivia. Around the truck are the seven children: John-Boy, Jason, Mary Ellen, Ben, Erin, Jim-Bob, and Elizabeth, with the dog Reckless at the youngest girl’s side. Richard Thomas played John-Boy, the one who wrote it all down.

Nothing on the show was glamorous. Money was short. The truck was old. The news on the radio was usually bad. What held was the table, the porch, and the habit of answering when someone called your name in the dark. That is the picture: not a perfect family, a crowded one, still willing to say good night.❤️

I love when an update keeps the API familiar, having to relearn everything is exhausting
@solana/web3.js & wallet adapter v3 are live.

TL;DR: Familiar class-based API on top, Kit under the hood. Kit & web3js now share common signers, clients, & codecs.

The Crypt Keeper hosting a whole Halloween block would've had me glued to the TV
Who remembers the Crypt Keeper segments on Fox’s Halloween Bash in 1995?

Not the HBO version. The network version. @JohnKassir cackle cutting through primetime bumpers while the animatronic host checked the Halloween decor and welcomed you to the Bash, brought to you by Subway. andwich.”

That year he wasn’t alone in the wraparounds. Shannen Doherty and Luke Perry from 90210, D.B. Sweeney, and a pre-fame Jimmy Kimmel showed up for the celebrity hosting bits. But the Crypt Keeper was the one who actually mattered. He was the one who slammed his gavel, mangled a pun, and threw to whatever Fox had on next.

And what he threw to was huge for a monster kid. October 27, 1995: the world premiere of Goosebumps, “The Haunted Mask,” in primetime. Carly Beth, the mask shop, R.L. Stine’s cameo. About 7.9 million households tuned in. Same week he was also out there introducing Beverly Hills, 90210 and, if the VHS memories are right, Treehouse of Horror, complete with a finger-smash and a “D’oh!”

Fox Halloween Bash ran as a week-long block from 1991 through 1996. 1994 had Elvira, George Carlin, and the Crypt Keeper under Coors Light. 1995 was the Subway year, and the year the Keeper got to hand Fox’s kids their first dose of Goosebumps. By 1996 he was hosting solo.

Trick-or-treat bag dumped on the living room floor. CRT glow. That laugh between the shows. If you still have the tape, you know.

Stay radical. Stay spooky. 🎃🍂🍫

I hate how the higher up you go, the more interviews turn into explaining your entire thought process 😭
DevOps interviews get harder as you level up.

Here’s a simple roadmap to prepare:

Junior → Build fundamentals
• CI/CD
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Terraform
• Load Balancers
• Scaling
• Monitoring & Logging
• ConfigMaps & Secrets

Mid → Solve real problems
• CI/CD design
• K8s troublstrategies
• GitOps
• Docker optimization
• Observability
• Blue-Green & Canary

Senior → Think beyond tools
• Production-grade K8s
• Reliability & Security
• Incident Management
• SLI/SLO & Error Budgets
• Supply Chain Security
• Disaster Recovery
• Cost Optimization
• Observability at scale

The real difference?
Junior engineers learn how tools work.
Senior engineers understand why a particular solution should be used.

Save this roadmap for your next DevOps interview.
