1/10 As a father I keep every drawing my son makes.
Wobbly faces. Hands with too many fingers.

Innocence in learning. Beauty in imperfection.

Machines had a childhood too. I spent 3 years finding its drawings.

Wait so everyone is panicking because in 2026(!) it "turned out" that AI might be able to break cryptography?! WTF is this? The longer I think about it the more it feels like a paid stunt.

If someone assumes that a single collection could "ruin" NFTs - to me it feels like they never really had faith in the tech in the first place.

What got ruined was speculation - nothing more.

Five years ago, I found a Lost Robbie in a drawer.
One of 300 frames of Robbie Barrat’s AI art, given away at Christie’s in 2018.
Today I’m launching a tracker for the finds, the sales and the story.
How many other drawers hold one?

I go back to @XCOPYART pieces now and then and take them apart, frame by frame. Not to explain them, just to see how they are built.

#OVERLORD: 8 frames, 1920x1080, 2,073,600 pixels each. 16.6 million in total, holding a loop that lives 320 milliseconds and then starts again.
rd of frame 7, about 1% of the whole piece.

It gets heavier the closer you look. Nothing in it is accidental, and you can feel the hours behind every layer.

I keep asking myself how many hours it took to complete that masterpiece. Only one person can answer that @XCOPYART?

A lot has been said about digital and tokenized art over the years.

But time has a way of stripping all of that away.

What remains is Art and it speaks for itself.

My first thought when I saw Argonauts by @lphaCentauriKid was: OK it will be revealed over time. It's a cool approach and I'm happy to see it slowly unfolding 😊
