Excellent talk by @AllonKahn in Vegas this AM @AmCollegeGastro Western course on Barrett’s esophagus screening + surveillance. Bottom line: although we probably over screen pts for BE we can identify risk factors + use targeted bx to help stratify who requires closer monitoring.
