Alyssa Mercante’s attempt to pursue her lawsuit against me in New York is coming to an end. The case is leaving New York and is now expected to move to federal court in San Diego, California my home district.
From the very New York as the proper place for this case, and I have never wavered in my position that I did NOTHING unlawful. This has been extremely trying and financially pressing on me and my family throughout the entire ordeal.
Unfortunately, the battle isn’t over. Her lawyers have stated they intend to pursue me w/this garbage case in California, where I will continue vigorously defending myself and fighting these claims.
This fight has already been incredibly time consuming and expensive …and it isn’t finished yet.

The big issue is FEMA is actively blocking shipments and seizing goods and services locally and locking them away to state they are their own. It’s very real and scary how much they have taken control to stop people helping. We are blocked now on the shipments of new starlinks coming in until we get an escort from the fire dept. but that may not be enough.”

This is a common thread in games and other media content. In Baldur’s Gate 3 for instance there is no gender, there are also only Body Type 1,2, etc.
Censorship like this is a slope that does not stop. There is an agenda to erode all meaning from life, where there is no man nor woman, there is no sense of self, and ultimately, there will be no identity left to latch onto, which will make people extremely docile, malleable, and in our opinion, ultimate prove self destructive for humanity.
These types of censorship are Communism in a different package. This road leads to a Soviet Union esque Politbureau of an elite select group of rulers, and everyone else.
This is not a life you want.
Push back against censorship, don’t buy content that’s egregiously controlled, don’t use their talking points, support developers who push back, and don’t let yourself be bullied out of saying what’s right.

I believe President Trump in this clip in my opinion is trying to de-escalate the political tension for the sake of this country and for the sake of the people who are voting for him. I know we are angry and I don’t think for one second Trump believes Biden nor Kamala are calling the shots here. I don’t think most of us believe that. It feels like we have no president right now and yet nothing has changed except the embarrassment of Biden being constantly paraded out to play pretend, it’s been refreshing not to have to see that as much anymore. Such an odd moment in history.
I don’t believe President Trump wants to see what happened on Jan 6th where some people were pulled into a trap and suffered greatly because of it, happen again. I don’t think he wants any of his followers to give the other side a reason.. They are exposing themselves and what they stand for just fine right now at their own destruction. Let them continue to do so so you can see just how evil it is.
It shows incredible maturity as a leader who has been close to being assassinated twice now to show this restraint. Especially after the other side continues even today to encourage the dangerous and irresponsible narrative about him.
It appears Trump is giving the election process another chance and I believe we need to show up and do our part and VOTE with more energy than we had in 2020. SO MANY people have woken up since the last election!
When you are exhausted and beaten down is when we need to push forward and try and do what is right the most.
If people lose trust in the justice system and the election process, which is the feeling I get from most Americans right now, I fear chaos will reign.
Is it not best to try with all our might to push off the chaos and VOTE en masse to see if we can watch America make a beautiful comeback from the grips of destruction?
I believe for many this election has the ability to make or break this country.
If Trump gets back in with the new team of people he already has around him, it could be the renewal of bringing legitimacy back to so many wonderful things, voting, our justice system, our health system #MAHA and bringing back the respect America had around the world, cooling tensions world wide…
If that does not work, and the citizens of Americas voices are no longer heard, much much harder times await us.

I want to say a few words about what this means. I worked in the documentary business for a long time and it's extremely rare for documentaries to get a theatrical release, much less break the top 10.
But there's something else that is even more important. For years, conservatives have struggled to create cultural products that engage a general audience. Most of the time, they're terrible: simplistic stories, low-quality production, self-marginalizing in the marketplace.
The Daily Wire is doing something that nobody had done previously: produce conservative content that can prove itself in the marketplace, without the support of the existing entertainment industry infrastructure, which would love to see them fail. People do not understand how difficult this is to do.
So hats off to @MattWalshBlog, but also to @JeremyDBoreing and @BenShapiro. This film is an accomplishment in itself, but, seen in the context of the larger project, is something that should be celebrated.
