“It’s rigged!”
“It’s fake!”
“The fighter threw the fight for money or fame.”

You know how much trouble you get in if anything is off or the fight is rigged in a professional fight, especially ones where huge money is involved? The FBI is all over this sport presently, if you’ve If someone’s going to rig a fight, 2026 would be the absolute dumbest time to do that.

It’s just REAL. And real outcomes aren’t always fun.

The stakes wouldn’t be so high and the sport so amazing if we all got the storybook ending we think we want. That’s what makes this sport great: the highs, the lows, and the unknowns.

Any fighter who gives it their all, steps into a fight turns their life around, to become the best version of themselves and to inspire others has my full respect.

It’s one of the hardest sports in the world and the most vulnerable. And to reach career heights and then come back after a 5, 10, or 17 year layoff takes balls most people don’t even know exist, especially when it’s not something you have to do but something you choose to do.

You wonder, “God, why did it have to go that way after all the sacrifice and hard work?!” But ultimately His will be done. Then you live, you learn, and you move forward.

The journey isn’t over, in a way it’s a whole new beginning. If you’re not failing, you’re not trying.

Respect.

Japan: “We try to beat the opponent in the game then clean up the pitch after, win or lose.”… now that’d be a good epidemic.
The reason Japan fans clean the stadium after each game. Respect. 🤝🇯🇵

New UFC lightweight champion Justin Gaethje dropped a legendary line after his HISTORIC upset over Illia Topuria.

Joe Rogan pointed out that he was a 6-1 underdog going into the fight.

GAETHJE: “Hey, I’m from America. 250 years ago we were WAY bigger than 6-1 dogs!”

“And look “To all the current, former, and future military service members, thank you so much.”

“Thank you so much to all of the first responders, police officers, firefighters...you guys have no idea how grateful I am...”

“And all glory to God. I prayed so much for this opportunity, to do something legendary.”

“And I know that was absolutely legendary because I cannot even believe it.”

I’m excited for the UFC card tonight. 🇺🇸

I’m happy for the Knicks and Knicks fans even though I don’t watch basketball. But wow, this one meant A LOT, it appears. ♥️

It’s really cool to see the FIFA World Cup fans sitting in parks and gathering together even though I don’t watch soccer/football.

Sports save lives.

They bring people together, keep people healthy, and teach us how to play as part of a team or in the gym. You root for people you don’t know, stars are born, and we watch athletes work and train with others from all over the world, learning disciplines, cultures, techniques, and passions and then sharing that with their fans. Sports give kids something to look up to, something they can physically train to achieve.

Sports are an art form that brings people together and gives us all a breather. Sports and athletes deliver the morale boost we sometimes really need.

Have a WONDERFUL Sunday!
Can’t wait to watch. 😊

I’ve got tears on this one. I look up to @HollyHolm so much. I deeply admire her. She’s the hardest working female athlete I’ve ever been around.

She’s humble, honest, happy. I feel like people don’t truly know all that she has accomplished in boxing and MMA because she doesn’t show it off, she has a more quiet straight forward disposition when it comes to showing up to fight, she lets the fights speak for themselves and then she’s fun and playful in her everyday life as she turns into the female version of Tim Allen from Home Improvement. ☺️

Holly doesn’t do drama and she tells it how it is. So to see her showing her heart here means a lot, she is being very vulnerable and beautifully honest on how she feels. A lot of people agree.

Last night was a hard fight to score. Two very different styles. I really like Stephanie Han as well, she’s smooth, slick and calm so congrats to her on a great fight as well.

We love you Holly, as a friend and fan. ♥️ It’s always an honor to watch you fight. You’re a legend.
Holly Holm disagreed with the judges' decision, saying she believed she did enough to win the fight against Stephanie Han.

The Albuquerque native also delivered an emotional message to her fans in the post-fight press conference.
