ปกติ Claude Code เริ่ม session ใหม่จาก 0 ต้องอธิบายโปรเจกต์ครั้งที่ 5 ในเดือน เสียเวลา 10 นาทีและ token เป็นพันๆ แค่ catch up
Claude Mem คือ plugin ที่ hook เข้า session lifecycle จับ file edit / decision / bug fix / command อัตโนมัติ compress ลง local SQLite พร้อม vector search session ใหม่ดึงเฉพาะของที่เกี่ยวมา auto-inject + auto-gen folder-level CLAUDE.md ให้ด้วย
