@PepsiCo and Gatik are bringing driverless trucks to North America at scale.
Today, we announced a multi-year partnership with @PepsiCo to deploy driverless trucks across the company’s supply chain.
Gatik is already operating over 40 driverless trucks for the food and beverage rizona, and Arkansas.
This is the largest commercial driverless freight deployment to date in the United States.
And there's more to come.

As we commercialize our operations with @PepsiCo in Texas, we are grateful for @HagenbuchTX's leadership in advancing autonomous trucking across the state.
I enjoyed the opportunity to speak to industry leaders at the Autonomy Summit 2026 today in Austin about the future of autonomy and how safety and innovation in autonomous vehicles can help Texas meet the infrastructure demands of our growing state. Thankful to @theavindustry k_AI for the invitation to participate! #txlege

Rising costs and continued pressure across the supply chain don’t change the fact that groceries and everyday essentials still have to get to store shelves every day.
That’s the problem Gatik is solving for customers like @PepsiCo and @loblawco in North America today: making those movement of goods more reliable and more economical, at a time when both matter more than ever.
That’s the problem Gatik is solving for customers like @PepsiCo and @loblawco in North America today: making those movement of goods more reliable and more economical, at a time when both matter more than ever.
@CNBC asked a fair question recently: the technology works, but is autonomous trucking a business?
A few days later, @EstheFung piece in @WSJ showed why the answer matters. Moving goods keeps getting more expensive. Fuel, labor, capacity and supply-chain volatility are all adding pressure.
It's the same question. Stores still need to be stocked every day, whatever it costs to move the goods.
At @Gatik_AI, we built around that problem from day one. Our customers need to move goods more often and more reliably, at a cost that works. If the technology didn't solve for that, it wasn't worth building.
Today we've done three things.
1. We removed the driver on public roads in commercial service. Our trucks run driverless for Fortune 50 customers like PepsiCo.
2. We did it at scale. Three markets, complex customer networks, day and night, on highways and surface streets.
3. We proved the business model. Today we have more than $600M in contracted revenue.
You need all three for this to be a business. At Gatik, we do.

Alli Goldenberg joins Gatik as Head of People Operations.
Over a decade building the people systems behind autonomous ocean vehicles at Saildrone and driver and dispatch teams at Vesta.
As we scale driverless operations, the team infrastructure matters as much as the technology.

On the advice to hire seasoned leaders and step back: "Completely wrong advice. Be hands-on, know your numbers, know your business cold."

$600M+ in contracted revenue. Fortune 50 customers like @PepsiCo .
Commercial operations across Texas, Arizona, Arkansas and Canada.
And now, following our $200M Series D, backing from Qatar Investment Authority, KDT and @CathieDWood ARK Invest.
The question of whether be a real business has been behind us for a while.
Thanks to @Ash_TV and @NYSE for having Gautam on the floor today.

QIA's investment in our Series D is a strong signal that autonomous freight is going mainstream.
Today, this category is fueled by real customer demand, revenue-generating commercial operations and Gatik's own ability to scale reliably into some of the world's most complex psiCo.
Proud to have QIA backing Gatik.

Our CEO @gautam_narang joined @Jason and the panel on This Week in AI for a conversation on where agents are heading. One question ran through it: who decides when an AI system is allowed to act. Clip below on how that works on a Gatik truck.

A great conversation with @TashaARK on a challenge the freight industry is facing every day: how to keep goods moving as demand for freight continues to rise.
That is the customer need we are building around at Gatik. Thanks to Tasha, @CathieDWood and the @ARKInvest team for having us on FYI.

Every year the average age of US truck drivers gets higher, and replacements aren't showing up. @Gatik_AI CEO @gautam_narang believes autonomous trucking is filling a gap the industry can't on its own. He joins @TashaARK on FYI to explain where Gatik fits in.

@kevaldesai first invested in Gatik six years ago. In this clip from @etnshow he explains the thesis and names the only two other companies he puts in the same category as Gatik. Neither is a trucking company.

Thank you @TashaARK and ARK Invest. The trucks Tasha describes are on the road today, hauling freight daily for PepsiCo and some of the largest retailers, grocers and CPG companies in North America. Every delivery is a paid delivery.
Most people think driverless trucking is years away. @Gatik_AI is already moving freight for some major brands you’d recognize. @TashaARK explains why ARK doubled down on its ARK Venture Fund investment.

Yesterday, Gautam joined @EdLudlow on @Bloomberg to talk about what comes next for Gatik.
We’ve proven our model. We’re moving freight every day for customers like @PepsiCo. Now the job is to scale: more trucks, more routes, more capacity.
That’s what the $200 million financing will help accelerate.
Come work with us. We are hiring for several roles: gatik.ai

It's an execution story from here.
That was my answer when @EdLudlow asked me on @Bloomberg how much of the technology part of the business we've solved. We have three things in place:
1. The technology. Gatik Driver has that part handled.
2. The demand. Our customer cellable and already signed.
3. The ecosystem. Partners including @isuzuofficial and @nvidia enabling our scale-up.
In January I shared that Gatik had more than $600 million in contracted revenue. That number has grown significantly since then. Our new $200 million financing turns that demand into more trucks, expanded networks and more paid deliveries for @PepsiCo and some of the largest retailers, grocers and CPG companies in North America.
The job now is to execute.

Does the truck get there on time, every day?
To answer that, we showed you what years of operating inside real customer networks, learning what works and building around that experience looks like.
For the closing chapter of The Business of Autonomous Freight, we come back to where we started.
