An immigration law firm says employers filed petitions without paying the fee after federal courts blocked its enforcement.
Some applications reportedly stalled beyond premium processing deadlines.
Now approvals are coming through.
The firm is encouraging employers to reconsider hiring H-1B candidates currently overseas.
The court battles aren’t over, and the number of approvals remains unknown.
Trump imposed a $100,000 barrier to hiring foreign workers. Courts blocked it. Now employers are reportedly getting approvals without paying it.

A threat actor on an underground forum claims to be selling a database associated with openrouter[.]ai, including user records and API keys.
The actor claims:
* 251,996 user rows (about 250,000 API keys (described as sk-or-v1 format; active / revoked / expired mix)
Alleged user fields include emails, usernames, password material (hashed and some plaintext claimed), names, signup dates, credits, plan and country. Alleged API-key fields include user linkage, key values, creation/last-used timestamps, spend and rate limits.
The claim has not been independently verified.

🚨🚨 Just got off the phone with Tarrant County election insiders who broke down what is becoming a five-alarm warning: Democrats are outvoting Republicans here.
For perspective, Tarrant is the last large red urban county in America. It is GROUND ZERO for flipping Texas. While Tarrant has more registered Republicans than Democrats, Ds have done a better job of turnout than Rs for the last several elections. REMINDER: In 2018 Beto beat Cruz in Tarrant by over 4k votes.
I am told that even though Ds typically outperform Rs in early voting, the reduced percentage of Rs early voting against Ds at this point signals a major warning.
Texas will be lost if Republicans don’t vote.
Make sure EVERYONE you know votes. There is no greater priority right now.
The people I spoke with are solid officials who are not prone to sounding the alarm unnecessarily, so this is a legitimately serious issue. 🚨🚨
