Azerbaijan has declared 31 Turkish citizens persona non grata, banning them from entering the country.
The list includes politicians, journalists, writers and public figures, among them Fatih Erbakan, MP Omer Faruk Gergerlioglu, and commentator Ahmet Cakir.
