Different pace. Same arm action.
Watch how the speed of the feet and body changes depending on the play, but the throwing action stays short, efficient and repeatable. That’s what we’re looking for with the “V Slot.”
Whether you have time to set your feet or have to get the short arm stroke allows you to create hand speed and use your arm strength without adding unnecessary movement. The goal isn’t just to throw hard. It’s being able to access that arm strength while staying consistent with your accuracy.
The pace of the play will constantly change, but your throwing action doesn’t have to. Short. Quick. Repeatable.

It’s incredibly refreshing to watch every single player stand for the National Anthem during the World Series, with their hand over their heart in honor & respect for America & the military members who served/are serving & those that paid the ultimate sacrifice.
Take notes @AtlantaDreahow it’s done.

Here is a list of the major cities we will be holding our Dirt Bro @DirtBroUSA Elite Infield Academies in over the next two months! This is authentic 7 hours a day INF training for serious players looking to elevate their play to the highest levels…. see you there!
Our Elite Infield Academies are built to give players more than a weekend of mindless reps. We teach the routines, details, drills and thought process behind becoming a better infielder, so players leave knowing how to continue the work on their own.
Multiple stops remaining on e. 📍
Spots are limited at each location to protect the quality of instruction and reps.

Breaking: After consultations with numerous doctors and experts that went into Saturday, the Eagles are placing quarterback Jalen Hurts on injured reserve, sources tell @RapSheet and me. The move will sideline Hurts indefinitely.
