We received the horrible news of the tragic passing of Klára Schneiderová with deep sorrow.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, her loved ones, and the entire Czech diplomatic community.

Klára was a dedicated senior diplomat and a true friend to Israel.

May her memory be a blessing.

Over the past month, we have been deeply moved by the commemorations held across the UK to mark the 3rd anniversary of 7 October.

From Cornwall to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Leeds, Birmingham and Norwich, communities came together to remember, honour the ed.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who dedicated their time, energy and heart to organising these events in their communities. Your commitment to remembrance means more than words can express.

While the world chose to forget on 8 October, you chose to remember — three years later, and always.

It was a pleasure to attend a lunch with supporters of the @TechnionUK earlier this week.

The @TechnionLive is one of Israel finest academic institutions and has been a driving force behind Israel’s thriving tech industry.

It was great to hear about its strong ties with the UK g to promote Israeli innovation overseas.

My thanks to Paul Charney and Alan Aziz for their excellent work leading Technion UK and to its wider network of British supporters.

MedEx UK 🇬🇧👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️🇮🇱

Yesterday, over 130 British doctors looking to move to Israel came to MedEx UK in London - this is the second MedEx UK, after the first in 2024. They were joined by 29 medical students and 14 employers.

Doctors got direct access to Israeli medical and ves to help move their Aliyah forward. Physicians in attendance worked on converting their medical licenses, explored job options, and got information on financial assistance and Ulpan options.

Some took the YAEL Hebrew proficiency exam. A newly developed app tracked their meetings with employers. During the event, doctors planning to make Aliyah in the coming months submitted their license conversion applications to Israel’s Ministry of Health.

MedEx is part of the International Medical Aliyah Program (IMAP), launched in 2024 to bring 2,000 doctors to Israel by 2029. The goal is to strengthen the healthcare system, especially in the North and South.

Hosted by @NefeshBNefesh in partnership with @KlitaGov, @IsraelMOH, @negevgalil and @JewishAgency. The program is supported by the Marcus Foundation, the Gottesman Fund, @jfederations Federations of North America, the @azrielifdn Foundation, and the Arison Foundation.

Especially during challenging times, the strategic treaty remains a cornerstone of regional stability and a solid platform for future mutually beneficial initiatives.

Today at @IsraelinUK, I had the pleasure of meeting the leadership of the Jewish Agency’s USA Young Leadership Board, visiting London.

We discussed the challenges facing the Jewish people and Israel, the ways to strengthen coordination in the fight against antisemitism, and eration of Jewish leaders in communities worldwide.

Thank you for a fascinating conversation and for the outstanding work you do in serving Jewish communities across the United States and around the world.

Sir David Bell’s report into antisemitism in British schools and Colleges exposes a shocking reality: three in five Jewish students have experienced antisemitism, yet fewer than half believe it would be addressed if they reported it.

These findings are a damning indictment of Jewish pupils amid rising antisemitism. As the report rightly recommends, antisemitism must be named for what it is, not obscured by generic condemnations of hate.

Britain’s responsibility to tackle antisemitism cannot stop at the school gates. It must extend to every corner of society, including education unions, universities and teaching staff, driving fundamental, systemic change to confront the hatred and incitement that have increasingly poisoned Britain’s streets in recent years.

We welcome the report’s clear call for action. Schools, colleges and unions must be held accountable and take urgent, decisive action to confront antisemitism, protect Jewish pupils and ensure that no student is left to face hatred in silence.

This is a step in the right direction.

The obsession of the British Labour Government with Israel seemingly knows no bounds.

The days when Israel would quietly accept threats, sanctions and attempts to dictate its policies are over.

Judea and Samaria are not foreign lands to the Jewish people. Our historical rights are not subject to approval from London.

The British Labour Government would do better to address the serious challenges facing its own country rather than pursue its relentless campaign against the Jewish state.

Israel will not be intimidated by threats. We will defend our rights and our national interests.

I strongly condemn the severe acts of violence by Israeli rioters in the area of Taybeh.

A police investigation has been opened, and forensic investigators from the Judea and Samaria District are already at the scene collecting evidence.

The Foreign Ministry is in contact with the ambassadors of the countries concerned in order to assist the law enforcement authorities, who are working to identify the attackers and bring them to justice.

Without detracting from the severity of the incident, it is unfortunate that the visit was not coordinated with the IDF in advance. Such coordination could have helped safeguard the visitors’ security.

This week, I had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of young and emerging local government leaders from Israel to the UK for a programme of mutual learning and the exchange of knowledge and experience in local government, in collaboration with Hertsmere Borough Council.

It iverse delegation of young Israeli leaders that included women and men, Jewish and Muslim, representing a wide range of cities and local authorities across Israel.

For me, it was a particular source of pride to hear their perspectives and take part in a meaningful and in-depth discussion on leadership, community and the future of Israeli society, together with the Mayor and members of the British local council.

The valuable and important initiative aims to create opportunities for sharing professional experiences, strengthening mutual understanding between local government systems, and building partnerships that will benefit communities in both Israel and the UK.

We are confident that this visit will inspire further connections, foster collaboration and help build long-lasting relationships between Israeli and British local government.
