When is Verizon going to give it up and actually get a better response automated agent for their FIOS support!? The actual service is great. But calling you guys is one of the worst experiences of any business I’ve ever had. The automated machine has been the same for at least 10 years and it’s horrible.

NEW: President Trump launches an anti-fraud program that will give Americans a 1% commission on the money they find in fraud.
A $1 billion fraud discovery, for example, would net someone $10,000,000.
"If you turn somebody in and you, let's say, report and you find a billion a commission to that person of 1%," Trump said.
"It's a lot of money. And if it's 10 billion, 200 billion, 400 billion, we are giving a 1% commission to that person."
Nick Shirley will become the first person to benefit from the program. He will be given a $10,000 check.
"Nick Shirley has been at the forefront of the battle to stop the horrible plague that has happened within our country," Trump said.
A $1 billion fraud discovery, for example, would net someone $10,000,000.
