Good morning, happy Monday.
Arizona weather went full wild this weekend. The flooding was insane here in Tucson and all over the state.
My street was underwater, my backyard was a lake, but thankfully, the water’s finally receded around me. Not so much for other areas still flooded and under water in and around Tucson.
The flash flooding is still occurring around the city and throughout the county, but I’m not affected. Nothing but blue skies and sunshine today.
I am hoping and praying that everyone else here in Arizona are also safe.

PHOENIX, Ariz. – Today, U.S. Attorney Timothy Courchaine announced that his office has opened a case into recent reporting about three non-profit organizations registering non-citizens to vote in Arizona. The United States Attorney’s Office has already referred the matter to the FBI for a thorough federal investigation.
On Monday, Oct. 26, U.S. Attorney Courchaine also sent letters to the Maricopa County Recorder and Arizona Secretary of State expressing concerns about the recent reporting and encouraging those offices to review voter registrations associated with the accused non-profit organizations.
As a reminder, if you are not a U.S. citizen, you may not vote in Tuesday's election.

If I can give you anything today, I’ll give you this, from my heart:
Be the one person who walks into the room already smiling. Not because everything is perfect, half the time it isn’t, but because laughter is one of the few things you can still hand somebody free and clear. ipt, no scoreboard, no “they better appreciate this,” just because your heart is kind and warm and it feels better going out than it does staying locked up.
Plenty of things will never be yours to fix. Other people’s moods. The way the day decides to go sideways. The stuff that sits completely outside your reach. Let it sit.
Worrying about what you can’t handle just steals energy from what you can. You can still choose your words. You can still meet somebody with warmth instead of sharp edges. You can still speak with dignity even when the room is loud. You can still be the person who laughs and, by laughing, gives everybody else permission to do the same.
Kindness like that doesn’t disappear. It circles back, sometimes in ways you never see coming, sometimes in a quiet moment when you needed it most.
Keep spreading the laughter anyway. Keep your heart soft on purpose. Focus on the next right thing in front of you. The rest has a way of sorting itself out when you stop gripping what was never yours to control in the first place.

Every election cycle the same pattern appears. Right before people cast ballots, the media floods the zone with surveys claiming Democrats are crushing it even in places that have been solidly red for generations.
This isn’t polling. It’s psychological warfare aimed at Trump voters.

One Friday afternoon I left work but Instead of going home, I stayed out the entire weekend off-roading with the guys and spent all my money.
When I finally got home on Sunday night, I was confronted by my wife.
After a couple of hours, she stopped nagging and said, "How would you like it if you didn't see me for a few days?"
I replied, "That would be fine with me."
Monday went by and I didn't see her.
Tuesday and Wednesday came and went with the same results.
By Thursday, the swelling went down just enough for me to see her a little out of the corner of my left eye.
When I finally got home on Sunday night, I was confronted by my wife.
