The sheriff is they deem its appropriate will issue a press release on the matter. That is how they convict criminals, they leave out details that only the criminal can confirm. This "dispatcher" on this video would most likely be fired if they did release information about a crime under investigation, even if its "no we have no records" on this person. This call is pure 100% BS.
