To all those younger pitchers chasing velo, Ashby was 80-83 as a junior in HS. Now he's wrist-flicking 98-100 while dropping 3-2 changeups in the World Series. 👇
In 2015, Aaron Ashby was an @PB_Uncommitted rising senior throwing 85 mph at Park Hill HS (@cdtrojans). Over a decade later, the @Brewers high-leverage southpaw is dominating in the big leagues, posting a 0.00 ERA and 17 K in 15.2 IP this postseason. 👏
Development is not 𝙘𝙚. 🤘

This is Crowder College RHP Jacob Misiorowski. Was a big draft name in 2020, but has taken his game to another level. Reportedly touched 102 today. Low release height. Power slider up to 87. Flirts with a CB. Big spin rates.
