By now everyone has heard about the 2030 freshman phenom @yooseth5 at CE King. 8th grade Under Armor All American & Adidas Freshman All American. Currently holding offers from Auburn, Florida State, LSU, Miami, & UTSA before one down of varsity football has been played.

But what the publwo years prior & all the hard work we put it. People ask us all the time how have I been so successful with scouting, identifying, and managing so many All Americans over the years. We tell them there is no secret, we just work smarter & harder than everyone else that's chasing attention. When we met Seth's dad we didn't talk about NIL money or stars/rankings. It was about the work we were going to commit to. I knew immediately we found another All American gem to add to our long list of special players.

Seth dad talks about the process in this video, and the mentality we approach his development with.
