Played around with @bot to map out 250+ years of my family’s military and national service, stretching from the Revolutionary War to today.

20 family members. Nine Revolutionary War veterans. Two killed in action. Some remarkable stories of service and sacrifice across credible to see it all come together.

JUST IN: The Pentagon is accelerating plans to extend U.S. military operations to the Moon, with the Space Force seeking spacecraft and autonomous systems capable of operating in cislunar space by 2029.

The U.S. Space Force and Air Force Research Laboratory are preparing a $30 ed “Lunar Prime,” aimed at demonstrating new technologies for operations between Earth and the Moon.

The military is also seeking AI-powered spacecraft that could autonomously manage technical failures, process sensor data and navigate without constant instructions from Earth.

Maj. Gen. Stephen Purdy, who oversees advanced Space Force acquisitions, said the Pentagon’s urgency reflects China’s growing lunar ambitions.

The effort could lay the groundwork for future military satellite surveillance, communications and navigation infrastructure extending hundreds of thousands of kilometers beyond Earth.

Lunar Prime is targeting flight demonstrations within two years of contract awards, while the Space Force seeks operational capabilities as early as 2029.

Never, ever let them tell you it can't be done.
Palmer Luckey says analysts claiming it's too expensive to manufacture in the US are lying to protect megacorps

"I think I have a more realistic view than almost anybody. One of the problems with all these analysts that are telling you that it's going to cost $37,000 to build an ,000 to buy an American computer."

"They're trying to prop up a status quo that the megacorporations want to keep going. They want to outsource everything. They want to hire cheaper non-American labor."

"They are willing to say and do anything to convince you that it can't be fixed, that it can't come back, that America is this helpless, neutered, post-relevant empire, and it is just not the case."

"How do I know that? Because I have to make stuff in America every day because I work in the defense industry. The stuff that Anduril makes every day is not actually that different from a computer. My drones are basically computers. They have memory, a GPU, a CPU, sensors, batteries, a rugged integration."

"The only difference between an Anduril attack drone and a laptop is a keyboard and a screen. That is not that hard to figure out, especially for a guy like me who started Oculus and comes from the consumer electronics space."

"We're not going to let people lie about what America can and can't do anymore. We're just going to do it."

Industrial robotics and advanced manufacturing are foundational to America’s defense industrial base.

Securing domestic production capacity isn’t just an economic priority – it’s a national security imperative.

The @DeptofWar’s Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) announced today a $150 million conditional loan commitment with @stoke_space, a U.S.-based space launch company developing fully reusable rockets, to provide low-cost, high-cadence access to orbit. The proposed loan from OSC, alongside private capital, would support the buildout of the company’s second launchpad at its existing launch complex at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

The OSC commitment to Stoke Space more broadly supports the expansion of U.S. launch capacity, which is required to meet the rising demand for commercial and national security space launch by the United States Space Force. Space launch is a designated critical technology category that is vital to national security and economic resilience.

If you are building the next AI CRM you are genuinely cooking your future grandchildren.

You are way too smart for something meaninglessly incremental.

Only things people should be building in SF:
>AI labs
>Compute maximization
>Reindustrialization
>Energy abundance
>Robotics & defense
>Bio
>Physical infra

Everything else becomes irrelevant if China wins.

They are already very, very far ahead of us in energy, metals, manufacturing capacity, and the general ability to produce physical things at scale.

The @DeptofWar’s Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) has announced an $80 million conditional loan commitment to @antheiabio to scale the company’s domestic production of key starting materials (KSMs) and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for generic pharmaceutical drugs.

Combined with private capital, the proposed financing would support Antheia’s advanced biosynthesis platform — using bioengineered yeast to convert sugar directly into KSMs and APIs in a one-step fermentation process. This enables cost-effective U.S. manufacturing of essential medicines, reduces reliance on foreign suppliers, and allows rapid repurposing of capacity to address sudden demand changes.

Today, the vast majority of KSMs and APIs are manufactured outside the United States. The investment advances President Donald J. Trump’s Executive Order 13944 on ensuring essential medicines are made in the United States and strengthens critical medicine supply chains.

Biomanufacturing is one of the Department of War’s six critical technology areas.

The @DeptofWar's Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) announced today a $150 million conditional loan commitment to @PsiQuantum to enhance the company’s advanced manufacturing and prototyping capabilities in the United States. Building on OSC’s ongoing collaboration with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (@DARPA)’s Quantum Benchmarking Initiative, the proposed loan follows recently awarded funding agreements with DARPA and CHIPS and supports PsiQuantum’s novel photonic approach to developing the world’s first commercially useful fault-tolerant quantum computer (FTQC).

The potential financing executes on President Donald J. Trump’s mandate to drive and sustain U.S. leadership in the strategically important field of quantum information science and technology. Quantum computing is now regarded, alongside Super Intelligence (SI) and semiconductors, as a foundational technology for future economic and military advantage.

Today, the @DeptofWar's Office of Strategic Capital announced a $1.5 billion conditional loan commitment to Wolfspeed to help strengthen the U.S. supply chain for silicon carbide (SiC), gallium nitride (GaN), and other wide bandgap semiconductor materials.

Combined with private capital, the proposed financing would support domestic production of critical materials and power devices with applications across defense, Super Intelligence, critical infrastructure, and other strategically important sectors.

These technologies are essential to high-performance propulsion, directed energy weapons, drones, electronic warfare systems, radars, and missile defense systems. The financing would also advance U.S. economic security as SiC and GaN are expected to play an increasingly important role in the SI revolution.
