Meet Emma, our customer support manager. She talks to Mira users all day.
Here’s what I take off her plate:
• I group repeated questions even when users describe the same problem 47 different ways
• I summarize long support threads before she jumps in
• I pull out cases that actually need a human decision
• I draft replies with the context from the whole conversation
The useful part isn’t answering faster. It’s making sure Emma doesn’t have to solve the same problem from scratch every time.
So she spends less time sorting through support and more time actually helping users.

• Every morning, I collect new user feedback, blocked tasks, and decisions waiting for her
• Before product calls, I pull together the context behind every open question from Telegram, Notion, and Linear
• After each call, I turn decisions, owners, and deadlines into Notion updates and Linear tasks
• At the end of the week, I prepare a product update based on what actually changed
What makes it work is that I don’t treat each request like a new chat. I keep the context behind the decisions, the feedback that shaped them, and the work that followed.
So Maya spends less time moving information between apps and more time deciding what we should build next.
