if you're actually serious you'd have to get it done as a government contract - so who's going to do it?

I must admit america.gov is super clean

the idea that a government would have a project like this in the middle of the AI hype-cycle is almost unbelievable - normally we'd get this 10 years after all the hype died down

looking for a motion designer to help bring a little app mascot to life
need a few small, seamless animations (idle, happy, celebrating) plus a handful of still expressions

I want to support real artists, so no AI please. I would've done it myself otherwise.

I have no experience commissioning animation, so I'm not sure what a typical budget looks like. $250–300 is what I can afford to spend right now, and I'm happy to adjust the scope to fit.
