Use small words.
Make big promises.
Give iron clad proofs.
This is the whole of the law.

All employees come in 5 levels, choose wisely:
Level 1 - tells you there's a problem
Level 2 - tells you there's a problem and what caused it
Level 3 - tells you there's a problem, what caused it, and options to fix it
Level 4 - tells you there's a problem, what caused it, options to fix it, and which one they'd pick
Level 5 - tells you there was a problem, what caused it, how they fixed it, and future proof’d it

Stop talking Jon. There are a lot of entrepreneurs on this platform whose meal tickets you are messing with.
Here are all the things that feel like being an entrepreneur that aren’t:
Getting CIMs from brokers
Listening to business podcasts
Playing with Claude code or Grokbot
Getting a full recourse loan
Buying a course
Building a new logo
Negotiating a partnership agreement
Hiring someone
Rebuilding a website
Hiring a vendor
Networking
Organizing a social meetup
Going to conferences
Building an excel model
Getting a QofE done
Having meetings with advisors
Working on your pitch deck
Bookmarking Twitter posts
Opting in to a free lead magnet
Writing a strategy
Implementing EOS
Here is what being an entrepreneur is:
Making a living being paid more for something than it costs you to produce it, over and over again.

The next billion-dollar consumer company is going to do for the VPS what Dropbox did for file sharing. It will take something that technical people can do with ease and make it simple for someone to do in two clicks with no computer knowledge. It'll be friendly, it'll be simple, it'll be bright, clean colors that make the total non-technical person feel completely safe installing their virtual agents on their always-on $19-a-month box.

I think everyone is underestimating just how much a commodity the actual model is.
There's almost 0 loyalty to Claude/GPT/Grok. If the other model is 10% better or gives you 5% more usage, people will switch.

I can tell you why a major religious movement hasn’t formed rejecting AI.
But it still surprises me that a major religious movement hasn’t formed rejecting AI

Everyone bitching about meta ad prices this month is new or has memory issues.
There’s a mid term. Campaigns have big budgets and a deadline to spend.
Relax. The inventory will free up later.

If you used AI to replace customer service here’s what you:
Move every human to your success team.
Their job is to call every customer, find out who they are, what they love, and offer them a one month free subscription to the product you offer that they should be buying and aren’t.

You don't have to answer every phone call to start a side business.
When I ran Storage Squad, I had a day job. I couldn't always pick up.
My voicemail said:
“Hello, this is Nick Huber with Storage Squad. I'm sorry I missed your call. I'm probably out on another job, but I would love the opportunity to earn your business. Please leave a voicemail, send a text, or send an email and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I can't wait to meet you. Thank you so much.”
Call them back as fast as you can. Smile through the phone. Act excited to meet people and solve their problems. Show some energy and make people feel like you actually want their business.
That alone puts you ahead of 95% of other small businesses.

This is honestly the best side hustle idea I've seen in the last couple of weeks.
Someone should rip my newsletter idea for the hobby pilot niche.
Why it works: anyone who owns or flies a private plane has money and spends it freely. Advertisers will pay a premium to reach them.
The plan:
1) Every Sunday, send a curated list of new aircrafts for sale.
2) Charge $75/mo for a private community (Skool or similar).
3) Partner with an aircraft broker. Promote their listings to your readers and take a fee per lead or a cut of each sale.
Someone go build this.

That hurts my soul. Goodbuy to my favorite funnel to write.
We stopped selling lifetime memberships at MarketBeat because I don’t know what our products will look like 10 years from now.
“Lifetime” creates a long obligation. I’d rather keep the flexibility to change products and refund customers when we can’t deliver what we promised.

People are going to be so pissed if Claude starts charging royalties 🤣🤣
Dario Amodei: some tokens Claude produces are worth a few cents, others could be worth tens of millions of dollars.
His examples:
1. Telling someone to restart their Mac: the model has said it 10 million times, worth a dollar or less
2. Telling a pharma company to move an her end of a molecule: potentially tens of millions
3. Expect pay-for-results pricing, or labor-like pricing by the hour
4. It's a new industry, so many models will be tried
Today pricing is simpler: per the S-1, usage-based pricing was 80% of H1 2026 revenue and subscriptions 20%.
