Tesla has officially confirmed today that the Tesla board of directors has โformed a special committee to explore deepening Teslaโs relationship with @SpaceX, which could be through certain arrangements including without limitation a business combination.โ

โ Unveiled the next-gen Roadster

โ Tesla Semi now in volume production. Top variles at a full 82,000 lbs while achieving efficiency of 1.7 kWh/mile โ about a third of the energy a comparable diesel truck burns for the same load

FSD Supervised

โ Deployed Cybercab into our Austin fleet

โ Started production of @Tesla_Optimus on our high-volume lines in Fremont.

My two cents:
- the cat is out of the bag ๐
- Elon did perfect communication. He is conflicted, can't intervene. โ
- the two Special Committees are hard at work. That's how it has to be. Difficult to find the equilibrium. Fight guys, fight for us! ๐ฅท
- the vote is ultra important. To sooth it, the premium has to be right. We only have one go at this. ๐ฐ
We are not as far as I hoped, but we are further than this morning.
This will happen, no doubt in my mind. Now for all of us to help fight for this. Will reach out soon with ideas.
