Team Bharat did a wonderful job today with @ajeetbharti, @tehseenp, and @FactswithDinesh by confronting the most untouchable issue in Indian politics: the rampant misuse of the SC/ST Act.

“Hamari nyay vyavastha ka ek buniyadi siddhant hai ki das gunahgaar bhale hi bach jaayein, lekin ek begunah ko saza nahi honi chahiye.”
This is one of the fundamental principles of our criminal justice ovisions of the SC/ST Act raise serious concerns about how this principle is upheld, particularly in cases involving allegations of misuse.
No innocent person should have to suffer. Justice must be fair, and due process must be protected for everyone.
