Good morning to everyone else waking up to watch the GalloZone at 7 AM. I have a small announcement on the @ActionNetworkHQ @ActionApp @ActionColleges front.

Many of you may remember the CBB projection model article I published last year. Well, the numbers are back! But in a e will be the official Action PRO projections for the upcoming season.

You can access those numbers in a few ways, all directly in the app.

1. Click on ANY game page, click on the PRO tab for that game, and scroll down to see my spread/total/moneyline projections for that game.
2. Click on the PRO tab at the bottom, the Projections tab at the top, and select NCAAB in the sport dropdown menu to see some of the biggest projection-based edges for that day’s slate (caution: I think these are only for T25 games).
3. Every projection will show up underneath the PROJECTION button on the PRO Signal Report for ANY game.

I will update the back-end numbers every morning, so they’ll always be based on my current power ratings. I am trying to figure out a way to automatically track all the biggest edges through an account I create, but that’s a work in progress. I also might publish that live file with all the daily numbers again at some point (currently on a leave from work but will be back this week), although it won’t be as in-depth as what you would get in the app.

These numbers did well last season (I think like 54% on 1k bet sample size with a 3+ point difference between model & market). While that doesn’t mean it’ll do as well this season, I am hopeful.

Best of luck this season everyone!

Bryant duh
Name ONE college basketball program that you believe will win at least 25 games this season.

But here’s the catch.

It cannot be a team ranked in the preseason AP Top 25.

Who’s your pick?

Easily a top300 team this is Nathan Davis’ year
New Hampshire is the lowest-ranked KenPom team with a D1 win after opening day.

Their 59-55 victory over Brown on the road brought them up to #338 from #352.

Monster Day 1 for this.

I will have a handle for these likely tomorrow or Thursday but here are the biggest edges for today’s games.

Everyone responding to this like I literally didn’t write in the preview that Harvey played like a POY candidate for the last month of the season & put him as a 1st teamer
Keegan Harvey might actually be AEPOY

That's such a good road win to start the season.
I'm dangerously close to being all in on the New Hampshire Wildcats

Vermont-Iona was a great game. Disappointing second half, but a lot of good the Cats can take away from that. Iona is a good team and it's tough to win on the road. No shame let's go beat Fairfield.
