A five-rupee argument in a grocery line started a company.
Mukesh Singh was standing in a checkout queue when the man ahead refused to move over five rupees the cashier didn't have. She offered him toffees instead. Everyone else just wanted the line to move. He stood there oceries, the most predictable thing you do all month still needed a queue, a delay, a workaround. He couldn't unsee it.
