If my phone ever becomes sentient, its first words will be:
“Please stop checking your impressions. Even the calculator has filed a complaint.”

if you're building ai agents and can't spot the bug, your customers will.

people say cold email is dead.
i sent one today. reply in 30 minutes. call booked.
the trick is a real signal, not a template 😅
i’m not into sales, just an engineer trying to grow my biz.

The hidden risk in agent memory isn't forgetting. It's remembering something that is no longer true.
Researchers at ByteDance and Scale AI tested memory-management approaches across 5 LLMs and found that ExpeL/ACE-style memory rules produced 7–13.5× more stale answers than a s challenges the assumption that more persistent memory automatically makes agents better, while giving AI engineers a concrete architectural principle they can apply to long-running systems.
My take: memory needs revalidation, not just retrieval.

Most AI outbound tools start with a list of leads.
I'm building Vyra(AI GTM engine) to start with the why.
I just started the local run, and it already found 259 market observations → 3 ICPs → 7 accounts under review.
Research agents find signals and evidence before any What would you want the AI to verify first?

We're building Vyra on @eve by @vercel.
Show it your website and it learns the rest. Company context gets researched once and reused across every campaign.
Campaign → audience → discovery → research in parallel → evidence → qualify → enrich → draft → review → send → nce? It loops back and digs more. ICPs and messages wait for the owner's approval before anything goes out.
Thanks @andrew_barba @coltonpadden for making agents as files this easy.

We named our growth engine Vyra.
The prompts stopped being the interesting part a while ago. The graph is.
Campaign → audience → discovery → research in parallel → evidence → qualify → enrich → draft → review → send → learn
Not enough evidence? It loops back and digs until it passes review.

AI engineering in 2026:
Left: 30 markdown files, 15 skills, 8 subagents, 4 orchestration layers.
Right: "let's discuss caching"
The longer I build with AI agents, the more I respect the guy on the right. 😂

Do not let the agent disappear inside the user's login.
Give it identity, scope, approval boundaries, and logs that survive incident review.

Model upgrades are rented progress.
Durable agent learning comes from approvals, edits, outcomes, failures, and production traces you own.

Agent API governance:
identity -> permission -> rate limit -> audit -> approval -> outcome
Not just another API key.

Alright, after a few days of research, I found microsoft.github.io/autogen/ is easy to get started, but ideally, I will also bring in other frameworks to try.
