I ran through your useless write up looking for Peter Obi @Iyoaiye_
“This couple held their housewarming about two weeks ago, but just days later, I heard their 17-year marriage had fallen apart. According to the woman, it was the house that caused the cr!s!s.
For about 10 years, she had been begging her husband to buy a house because they were bedroom apartment with their three children.
Their 16-year-old son even sleeps in the sitting room because there wasn’t enough space. She suggested renting a bigger apartment, but her husband refused, saying it was a waste of money.
She also revealed that they own a ₦250 million house on the Island, but after opening it, they returned to the U.S., leaving her younger sister and her family to live there and maintain it.
Despite knowing her husband could afford a house, he kept refusing. According to him, if they bought one together, she might divorce him one day and take the property.
She then asked him, ‘If I buy a house myself, will there be any problem?’ He replied, ‘No problem. It’s still the same thing.’
The woman started saving and eventually bought a house on her own. Before signing the documents, she invited her husband to have his name added to the property, but he refused.
He told her, ‘Don’t put my name on anything. I’m not paying any mortgage with you, and I’m not involved in any house.’
She completed the purchase alone, and the family moved into the new home. She never told anyone that the property was solely in her name.
After they settled in, she suggested having a housewarming. Her husband agreed, and family and friends gathered to celebrate.
During the event, after the husband gave his speech, he insisted that his wife should also address the guests.
While thanking everyone for coming, she said, ‘Getting this house was a challenge for me, but I thank God for making it possible. Most especially, I thank God for making me a homeowner.’
Everyone applauded, but after the guests left, her husband confronted her.
He said, ‘How d@re you? Do you know how you made me feel in front of my family and everyone? You rid!cul£d me. You’re going to live in this house with your children because am moving out.’
The woman thought he was joking until he packed out.
Later, he gave her an ultimatum. He said if she wanted him to return, she had to transfer ownership of the house to his name while she continued paying the mortgage.
She suggested that instead of doing that, he should buy another house for the family, but he refused.
Up till now, the man has not returned home.
What is your take on this situation? Should the woman transfer ownership of the house to her husband and still continue paying the mortgage…?”
- Woman shares how a couple's 17-year marriage allegedly hit the rocks after the husband moved out following their housewarming ceremony.

Senator Rufai Hanga, the only NDC senator from Kano State, has stated that Peter Obi cannot win the 2027 presidential election. He also argued that Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso’s political influence is largely limited to Kano and claimed that even within Kano, the political landscape APC controlling 50%.

SOWORE BEING SENT TO PRISON: A DANGEROUS REGRESSION FOR OUR DEMOCRACY
I have received, with deep concern, the news of the court’s remand of citizen activist Omoyele Sowore in Kuje Prison.
While the judiciary remains the ultimate arbiter of justice, we must consistently guard against any trend that gives the appearance of state institutions being weaponised to systematically stifle dissent, muzzle the press, or shrink the legitimate space for civic engagement in Nigeria.
A thriving democracy does not survive on the silencing of opposing voices; rather, it is anchored on the robust protection of fundamental human rights, most notably the freedoms of expression and peaceful assembly, as enshrined in our Constitution. Moreover, our society is already strained by insecurity and biting economic hardship; therefore, deliberate steps should be taken, even by the courts, to avoid inflaming the situation.
When we begin to treat citizen critics, activists, and journalists as threats to state survival rather than as partners in building accountability, we signal a dangerous slide toward authoritarianism. Our current challenges, ranging from economic strain to internal security vulnerabilities, require inclusive dialogue and cohesive nation-building, not the incarceration of those who demand a better society.
I urge the relevant authorities to ensure that the rule of law is strictly adhered to, that Mr. Sowore’s constitutional rights are fully protected, and that our security and judicial institutions are used solely for the impartial administration of justice. We cannot build a New Nigeria if we continue to undermine the very democratic structures meant to protect us all. -PO

I've heard so many people saying because Tinubu told Jonathan to resign, him must resign too, that's dumb take fr.
We all know very well that GEJ was never prepared to rule Nigeria at all, No plans just like Obi, he became a President by luck.
He's too incompetent and we know always confused and helpless about everything happening in the country.
His wife was all over the media crying instead of finding solution to things happening in the country.
Abeg people should stop this comparison because the evidence is clear that Jagaban is in charge and he's delivering as it supposed to.

Call for Resignation: Peter Obi cuts a pitiable figure. Needs Schooling.
His latest call for President Bola Tinubu to resign is not the intervention of a statesman. It is the outburst of a politician who appears increasingly unable to distinguish between political opposition and constitutional reality.
For months, Nigerians have watched Obi drift steadily from the measured and restrained image that once earned him admiration across sections of the country. What we see today is something entirely different: a perpetual agitator whose politics now revolves around pessimism, alarmism and endless declarations of national collapse.
His demand that President Tinubu should resign exposes a profound misunderstanding of the very office he seeks to occupy.
Nigeria is not a parliamentary system where governments rise and fall on votes of confidence. Nigeria is a constitutional presidential democracy. Presidents are elected for fixed terms and leave office through elections, constitutional processes, incapacity or the expiration of their mandate. This is elementary civic knowledge.
Yet Peter Obi, a former governor and presidential candidate, chose to ignore this basic reality in favour of cheap political theatre.
It raises a troubling question: if a man seeking the presidency cannot demonstrate respect for the constitutional foundations of the office, why should Nigerians trust him with that office?
Leadership is not measured by the frequency of complaints. It is measured by judgment, composure and the ability to offer solutions. On each of these counts, Obi's recent conduct has been disappointing.
Every challenge facing Nigeria becomes, in Obi's telling, proof of total failure. Every difficulty becomes a national catastrophe. Every setback becomes an excuse for outrage. Yet when the economy records growth, when foreign reserves rise, when revenues improve, when infrastructure projects advance, or when security forces record successes, Obi suddenly loses his voice.
His politics has become a politics of selective outrage.
A serious national leader acknowledges both challenges and progress. A serious leader offers alternatives. A serious leader understands that governing a nation of over 200 million people requires more than tweets, soundbites and perpetual criticism.
Increasingly, Peter Obi appears more comfortable leading online outrage than leading serious national conversations.
There was a time when many Nigerians viewed him as a credible presidential contender. That perception is fading rapidly. With each reckless statement, he reinforces the impression that he is less interested in governing Nigeria than in constantly protesting Nigeria.
The presidency is not an activist platform. It is not a protest movement. It is not a permanent grievance machine.
It demands maturity, balance, perspective and constitutional discipline.
By calling for President Tinubu's resignation, Peter Obi has done more damage to his own presidential credentials than any political opponent could have done. He has revealed a level of impatience, poor judgment and political desperation that should concern even his most loyal supporters.
At some point, every politician must decide whether he wishes to be a serious contender for power or merely a professional critic of those who hold it.
Peter Obi's latest outburst suggests he has made his choice.
The tragedy is that he may not realise it.
