Wemby recorded 29 points, 15 rebounds and 5 blocks in the first half against the Mavs…

My goodness.

Bench players would play less minutes and get less money on contracts.

You would have 6th man of the year playing 15 min a game

Daniel Gafford said Cooper Flagg apologized to the team for how he played tonight after the loss to Kings.

“It's not on him, you know. This is a team game. It's night in, night out. If one person has a bad game or two people have a bad game, I mean, that's still on the team…”

Tough night for the Mavs…

Cooper Flagg, PJ Washington and Naji Marshall were 7-37 from the floor.

Defense allowed Kings to shoot 52.4% from the floor and 44.2% from three.

Acuff, LaVine, Monk had 23+ points, 12 threes.

Daniel Gafford has been hoopin man lately…

Respect.

So happy for Veronica Burton… she didn’t know her next move when she was surprisingly cut by Dallas Wings before the 2024 season. Working out in the YMCA staying ready.

Tonight, she’s a WNBA champion as the starting PG for Golden State Valkyries.

Believed in her since day one.

Veronica Burton: “God is good... It’s all worth it, don’t ever let anyone put a limit on you.”

💯🙏🏾

S/O to the Golden State Valkyries…

First class organization, elite coach, great players who put team first.

Not one All-WNBA selection. Just winners.

Gabby Williams 28 points in the second half to win a title. Doing whatever it takes to win.

Most points in a second half in WNBA finals history.

That’s tough.

Wife and I are passing out candy, and a kid just showed up dressed as Cooper Flagg…

New generation of fans starting now.

Zaccharie Risacher should get a chance with the starters. The defense unlocks so much and now his threes are falling.

Or if Dusty May wants to keep Risacher in the 6th man role, Caleb Martin would be a good option too the way he’s playing.

Both are outperforming Max Christie.

Daniel Gafford’s 6 game streak with multiple blocks to start a season is the second time in franchise history that has happened.

Shawn Bradley started the 1999-2000 season with 16 games with 2-or-more blocks.

Zaccharie Risacher has 22 stocks (combined steals and blocks) this season.

This marks the 2nd most in the NBA and trails just Victor Wembanyama (26).

Cooper Flagg recorded his 13th 30-point game, the second most by a teenager in NBA history. Only LeBron James (20) has more.

Flagg also had his 7th game with at least 30 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. He trails only James (11) for the most games of 30-5-5 by a teenager.

Kyrie Irving has tied Larry Bird (81) for the 8th most 30-point games shooting 50.0%/40.0%/90.0%.

Irving shot 12-of-19 from the floor, 5-of-8 from three, 6-of-6 from the free throw line tonight against Rockets.
