The easiest thing to do is to find a big cooler and drill two 4-in holes into opposite sides. You want straw not hay for allergy reasons. Try not to make the whole bigger than 4 inches or raccoons can get in. Of course, you want it off the ground so it doesn't get snowed in.

Mother cat is fixed and got some shots. 100 bucks so pretty good deal. No word back from the feral rescue place. Looks like I’m on my own.
I need some help with outdoor cat shelters for the mother preferably with two exits because of the raccoons.
Any recommendations?
