We as humans are different each with their script as we sojourn this mysterious word.
Some are privileged than others. What comes easy for one may take extreme hard work for another, and fate may even have it that another may never get it no matter how hard they try.

Paolo Maldini: No international trophy, Ballon d'Or or FIFA POTY. "Greatest defender ever." Ramos, Cannavaro and Beckenbauer with better CVs don't count.
Johan Cruyff: No international trophy: "Top 3 in history. Greater than Maradona. Ronaldo, Platini and Zidane."
Ronaldo: 3 international trophies, 5 Ballon d'Ors & FIFA POTY, multiple record holder. "He cannot be the greatest, not even top 5 in history."
Ronaldo: "He's not the greatest goal-scorer ever. His goal per game ratio is inferior to Messi's."
Messi: "Greatest assister in history." Game ratio (300+ more games) doesn't apply here. Ozil and Puskas with superior ratios don't count.
These are opinions of "objective" and "respected" journalists—guys who shape narratives, set agendas and determine which players deserve awards.
Julien Laurens was asked who the greatest player in Champions League is. His answer: "Messi". Quizzed on why he chose Messi, his response: "because he is the best ever."
An "objective answer" from a "reputable" journalist.
I get hit with the "contrarian" and "bias" tag for the sole reason of nonconformity. I chose to use my brain; question historical accounts, popular opinions and narratives that shape mindset of people, not only in sports but life in general.
I detest herd/mob mentality with every fiber of my being. One of my favorite saying: "An individual in a mob is more intelligent than the mob. He doesn't realize it cos he outsourced his brain to the mob."
For once, use your brains. Try it 😊

This is why we've been shouting cultural preservation.
Religious extremism deliberately targets a society's cultural fabric so it can replace it with its own structures: by removing Ọbas, or installing extremists in traditional leadership roles.
Too many Yorùbá youths are detached from our culture, and that leaves space for something more sinister to take root.
We need to reawaken our systems: ẹgbẹ́, esùsú, and introduce Yorùbá clubs and societies in every SW school and tertiary institution. Return to the agbo ilé way, instead of living in isolation.
Our culture has always been tolerant and multi-faith. That's exactly why extremists want it gone.

All it takes is for one extremist to come into power in the SW and we are finished.
Till today Yerima altered and birthed mordern day extremism and sharia in Nigeria.
1 man.
Lets keep treating extremism with kid gloves.

Because why wont you just practice your religion and let others be.
Why are you trying to force society to run on the rules of your religion.

If Manchester United move on from Michael Carrick, there are plenty of sensible options for a club who are in desperate need of one.
But if the people who make the decisions at Manchester United reject Antonio Conte as their next head coach because he can be unpleasant to work more about them than it does him.
@NickMiller79 on Antonio Conte and the decision-makers at Old Trafford.

Operation Blackout is taking the fight directly to the international cybercriminal networks stealing billions from Americans.
Our latest operation in Nigeria delivered:
9 ARRESTS.
53 electronic devices seized.
$11 MILLION in potentially freezable funds identified across ese scam centers exploit innocent victims, steal life savings, and operate across international borders believing they are beyond the reach of law enforcement.
They’re wrong.
Thanks to Nigerian law enforcement and our partners in London for their outstanding cooperation.
To the criminals targeting Americans from overseas: JUSTICE WILL FIND YOU.

The suffering of a Christian in Northern Nigeria should never be considered a Northern problem. If we belong to the same CHRIST, then the affliction of one part of the Body must concern the rest.

Nobody blamed Islam for Hushpuppi’s fraud, you know why? He never said he was doing it for Islam.
If you don’t chant religious phrases or use religious reasons for a crime, the religion will not be involved. Accountability follows the ideology the attacker claims.
Why do you think many associate Christianity with western slavery??
So I ask, do you blame the people who saw their parent slaughtered while the attackers chanted to their “god” for saying exactly what the assailants did??

When a Muslim commits a crime, Islam is blamed. When a Christian commits a crime, he’s just a bad individual.
Double, tripe, quadruple standards😂

🚨BREAKING: Pastor Hills Emmanuel has been found dead in Plateau State, Nigeria.
He was abducted Friday with Pastor Gabriel Joseph Dipak while traveling from Jos to Bokkos.
Gunmen set a roadblock on the Barkin Ladi–Bokkos road — witnesses said less than a mile from military led the two pastors from a minivan carrying nine people.
Emmanuel’s body was found Saturday near the abduction site.
He was a former Dunamis pastor and founder of The Wonderful Grace of God Evangelical Ministry in Bokkos.
Dipak was still in captivity as of Saturday. The abductors had contacted his family.
The same night, other attacks were reported across Plateau. At least four more people were killed in separate incidents in three local government areas.
Mainstream media and celebrities won't say a thing about this. Keep praying for the persecuted church!

This is what you get when a team is built around a player whose strengths are ONLY accentuated by chaos.
Manchester United seem to struggle creatively without him because they failed upgrade on him, or diversify their creative approach.
A midfielder that lacks the cadence of play cannot elevate any team. That's the bane of Manchester United since they signed Bruno Fernandes – an albatross.
Amorim tried to rectify it. Carrick – clearly out-of-depth – recognizes it, hence his insistence on playing him wide.
Off the field, the club is a mess. On the field, Bruno Fernandes is a mess.

This ONE is YOUR take , its always been. no one can argue that , but what is worrying is that ANYONE who watches United thinks this, the same United that offers nothing creatively for years, and when he is not playing they can't do anything, there is and was nothing in the midfield, but he is the Problem. Not the bellend coach , not the spineless team , but ONE player in a TEAM! , a player 😃
Again an opinion

When Man U are ready about their upgrading, I don’t see how more than two or three of their current squad lasts beyond two years at the club.
They’ll say the players want Carrick out. They’ve been wanting every manager out. They are not good enough.

Anyone believing Man Utd’s results & performances this season are down to the fact they haven’t got a back up left back & another striker are deluded.
No squad is perfect & has two top players for every position, especially one that’s underperformed & missed out on CL as much as Man Utd.
Rashford/Cunha/Zirkzee/Mbeumo are better options than Man City have.
City have a midfielder as 1st choice RB & the Lewis role is Dorgu at MU.
