Flower 🍃: @CutRight707 x @WaterBoyz710 - Davinci Frog 🖼️🐸
Genetics 🧬: Animal Face x Sin Mintz (Frog Poison)

Appearance 👀: The appearance . When I cracked open the jar the flower had a visually appealing look with a chunky, dense structure with nicely sized nugs covered in trichomes, giving them a pretty frosty look. The nugs were mainly green throughout with traces of purple and a few orange pistils scattered throughout. When breaking the flower down to put in my grinder it was quite sticky to the touch. I usually prefer using gloves when handling flower this sticky, but I didn’t have any on hand this time, leaving my fingers pretty sticky, which I find a bit annoying, but it is what it is. After grinding, the flower had a nice, fresh, fluffy consistency that was easy to work with and roll, rather than the dry, powdery texture you often get with older or overly dry flower.
The flower came in a black miron jar with some pretty unique and creative artwork that fit the name well. It featured two stickers: a wraparound label and a sticker on top of the lid. The wraparound was a play on Michelangelo’s The Creation of Adam, featuring a vintage, cracked parchment aesthetic. It depicted a cartoon character lying down with his arm outstretched, receiving a jar of the Chad Lee Soil Batch Frog from a large frog wearing a white shirt. The large frog was surrounded by a pile of other frogs and backed by a reddish cloak, similar to the original painting. The wraparound also has the @CutRight707 logo on the top and the Waterboyz 710 logo at the bottom. The lid had that same vintage cracked parchment look to it too with ‘Cutwater’ written in the middle along with two hands, an orange cartoon hand and an olive green frog hand reaching towards each other with their fingertips almost touching. 9.1/10
Aroma 👃: The aroma was nice and loud the moment I cracked open the jar, creeping up my nose like a cartoon smell trail. It's got a strong, dank, onion like funk with an underlying limey citrus sweetness that pairs together really well. It's very reminiscent of other Frog Poison batches I've had, but this one is easily one of the most prominent I've come across. 9.4/10
Taste 👅: The taste on this one translated very well from the aroma with a mouthcoating dank onion funk followed by that limey sweetness coming through very well that I don't often get too much in other batches i have tried in the past. The flavor also lasted throughout most of the doink before gradually fading towards the very end. 9.3/10
Burn/Smoothness 🧼: The burn was nice the whole way through. As soon as I lit it, it formed a light resin ring that stuck around and got more intense almost looking like it was leaking halfway through and that continued till the end of the doink. The ash structure was solid and burned all the way down to the tip with a salt white look, with a few pepper traces but leaning mainly towards that bone white appearance, as you can see in the images. It was also very smooth, with a nice lung expansion and little to no discomfort. I always enjoy being able to inhale the smoke with no discomfort and hate when something is harsh as it makes me cough a lot and ruins the overall experience. It did get slightly hot towards the end and lost a bit of flavor but apart from that it was great. 9.1/10
Effects 😄: The effects were great and quite potent, delivering a strong head and body high that had me absolutely wrecked at times. It doesn’t necessarily make you sleepy, but the effects definitely hit hard. I personally enjoyed this strain at night while watching a movie or playing FIFA with some homies. I made the mistake of smoking this one in the morning once with my coffee, and it completely took me out of commission for the day, so I quickly learned that this was one best saved for the evening. 9.3/10
Overall 📝: This Davinci Frog was great flower no two ways about that. I haven’t tried much from @CutRight707 besides the Frog Poison x @WCAoffical Full Melt which was really nice and tasty and then one other batch of Frog Poison flower through a friend which was the one with the red label jar and I it was solid but this batch blew it out the park in comparison. The main reason I got this flower was because I wanted some heavy hitting flower that tasted good for when I was in Florida and this seemed to be one that caught my eye at the time. I also wanted to try this one because the Frog Poison hype seems to be in effect still so I wanted to see how Cutright’s stacked up against some previous Frog Poison batches I’ve tried like Good Dawg and Malibu.
@CutRight707 is a cultivar out of California that has collabed with @WaterBoyz710, @northbaygardens and @WCAoffical. @CutRight707 grows many strains such as Zkittlez, 7Lemons, Lemon Loaf, Camel Toe, Frog Poison and more. Frog Poison seems to be the hottest thing still out and he has been going crazy with batches lately with the Waterboyz 710 releasing many different batches. What is interesting about @CutRight707 is he grows batches in soil and coco giving the consumer the option to try both whereas most cultivators only choose one and stick with it.
This flower easily checked all the boxes overall, with no complaints. The aroma and flavor stood out to me the most, as both were very loud and prominent compared to other Frog batches I’ve tried. You really get that pungent dank onion funk paired with a limey sweetness, and the two complement each other nicely in both aroma and taste.
Overall, this was some excellent flower that I thoroughly enjoyed. I’d definitely consider picking up another jar, especially given how flavorful it was and how smooth and clean the smoke came through. I’m also looking forward to checking out more of @CutRight707 newer drops, as it seems like they continue to raise the bar with each batch. Shoutout to @CutRight707 and @WaterBoyz710! 9.2/10
