1. Pays people to put their FABLES (or veFABLES) into Sink instead of voting it alone. That is the deposit incentive.
2. Locked as vlSINK, it steers the block and earns the platform cut of everything the block collects.

Sink is a lock aggregator for Fables, the ve(3,3) DEX on Robinhood Chain. Holders deposit robinhood:0xb63d07cef74be747231d601bb2faa6b252c68106 or existing veFABLES positions. Sink merges them into one permanent, auto max lock, votes the block as one each epoch, and pays depositors their share of the fees and incentives the block earns, in the tokens earned. Depositors receive sFABLES, a liquid token that represents their share of the lock.
