(My Opinion: PHP is probably the WORST computer programming language I've ever come across in my entire professional career! Using it for a company website back in 2002, it created no end of problems for me. At the that time, I had created an unfinished, but workable website.

Unfortunately, a nepotism [unqualified college student] hire took over the project [to my protest] while I went back to my regular engineering/technical writing duties.
Circumstances prevailed where he lost his position and I (after the solemn promise by my manager I would not have the distaste in cleaning up his mess] was forced back into it.

All my previous work he had either deleted or bastardized and his scripting was horrible! Litterally, had to start from scratch. But being fed up with the amount of projects I had inherited and the politics of the company, I soon left for another position, and I never wanted to touch PHP again...since at that time there were other far more better programing languages.)
